Not sure if it was my luck or the guy who answered me was having a rough day. But he was by far so mean and enjoyed the fun of humiliation and lied that he told me one thing when he said something else.The only advantage they have is that it is a small area and towing companies are countableBut really I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy and I hope what we went through no one ever go through it***Just a note. I was providing my credit card # but asked like how much does it cost and what will you do? And he said towing. Then I said but I wanted unlocked. He said “good luck finding another company” and hang upI called second time after almost everyone called and in a sarcastic way when I asked again if he can help as I have children “No you already got your chance” and kept saying I said Im going to unlock the car when he really said was tow the car.I dont know your company nor dealt with it in any way. I really have no means to lie and make up story nor leave my kids to the mosquitoes.

Ross and Ryan from Kool Country towing helped us out HUGE when our car broke down out of service area on the highway back from Banff. They were prompt with assistance, brought the car by the hotel in Radium so we could get our belongings, lent us a rental car free of charge to get around, and then towed our car to the dealership in Cranbrook. Then, so we didn’t have to drive back to Invermere to return the rental, they came by our hotel with a flatbed to take the rental car back. Outstanding service Ross and staff. Appreciate everything you did for us! Ross also owns the Napa in Invermere which is where the rental car was borrowed from. Great small town support from a local business owner. Thanks again! Called on a Sunday morning with a dead battery. Ryan was on site within 5 minutes. Had the vehicle running in no time. Great service. Very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The guys from Kool Country are just great. I had problems with the rental car, from Hertz support is not much help to expect but Ross and especially Mike were a huge help. Thanks again guys!

Our car broke down in Radium and local Mechanic could not fix it. We had to be back home in less than 24 hours. We contacted AMA and they transferred the call to CAA and they in turn put us through to this Towing company. Ross quickly contacted us and confirmed they can tow our car back to Calgary the next morning. We did not have any means of transportation back to Calgary. Ross provided a towing truck with separate back passenger seat so we can go back home with our car. Their price was fair. Ross and the driver were very possessional. We had a great experience. They saved us from getting stuck in Radium for at least one Week. This company is what you can truly trust when needed. Definitely recommend them.

We were hit by a semi truck and had a Uhaul trailer with us. We called Kool and they were so helpful and on the ball. They called me back and were very sympathetic to our situation. I would highly recommend them

Kool Country took care of towing our vehicle and quickly replacing the drive belt over the weekend. We had our vehicle back in under 24 hours and we were on our way back home. Communication was easy and courteous. Thank you for helping us through this stressful time!

These guys are awesome! I called after hours to get some stabilizing my vehicle to change out a flat tire and they set me up for first thing the next morning. Ryan showed up right on time and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes! I would highly recommend Kool Country Towing to anyone!!

The guys over at Kool Country are awesome. We were headed back to Calgary when my car broke down in radium. This family run towing company was my first call and these guys were prompt and professional with their service and provided me as much help as they could. Their rates are pretty reasonable as well. I hope I never have to use their towing service again but if I have to they will be my first call.
