Thanks for opening meena bazar in Surrey . I am an old client of meena bazar from back New Delhi .last week I get a chance to shop at meena bazar and I got very nice outfit with very reasonable price and I am so impressed with there services as they did little bit fixing in a day . Thanks to Radhika who helped me and to kanika who attended my phone with very welcoming voice .. hope to shop again soon and plz bring some light kind of party wear .Thanks for opening your outlets ♥️

Meena Bazaar is hands down the BEST in the industry. I have bought 5 custom outfits from here because of the great customer service, quality of work and Gurav is amazing getting your outfit here on time. They custom make anything you want to absolute perfection. They have great communication with their customers, and literally create the outfit of your dreams. All I did was give Gurav an inspiration picture and he brought the picture to life, but 100x better. I could keep ranting at how amazing Meena Bazaar is but I highly recommend that you go check it out and get your clothing from here for any occasion!

Meena Bazaar is amazing. We bought all of our daughters wedding outfits from here, custom and stock and we were thrilled with the outcome. Gurav and his team helped us create each outfit and they all turned out incredibly beautiful. Their selection is amazing, they got all our outfits here on time and they delivered perfectly. I would recommend Meena Bazaar to everyone I know, I am so pleased with their service!

So unprofessional and disrespectful of Kanika. She posted our private and intimate wedding pictures on their instagram accound without my consent and when I called her to take the pictures off she refused to take the pictures off. When I told her I will take legal actions and she told me to go ahead but she will not take the pictures off. What a shame Kanika and Meena Bazaar

Meena Bazaar has a great collection and great prices. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. My overall experience here was amazing. I have no complaints. I have gotten multiple outfits for my brother’s wedding from here and I am obsessed with them all. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service Meena Bazaar! Definitely my favourite spot for traditional Indian wear in Surrey. I would certainly recommend visiting them!

Okay, where do I begin?! I visited BC from Toronto and with the unpredictability of Covid and 1 month to go for my wedding, I came across Meena Bazaar store. I knew of the brand from India and decided to check them out. Gaurav and Kanica provided the MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and went BEYOND any expectations any bride can have. We spent about 2-3 hours and they were patient and kind, never got irritated with the million questions or anything! They asked me what i was looking for, my budget, and literally worked around that which is not common for south asian stores at all!Coming from Toronto - i have checked out the indian stores here and MB prices CANNOT be beat. I dont even know why people go to India when they can go to MB and get the same deal and variety.Upon my return to Toronto I needed some last minute outfits for my fiance and his family. Last minute = 1 week prior to the wedding. I was on the phone with them for 3 days straight, video conferencing, they completed alterations in 1 day and shipped it to me. I AM SO HAPPY, honestly thank you from the bottom of my heart <3

Absolutely amazing selection and reasonable prices. All their outfits are very elegant and classy. Love the quality and a wide range of styles and designs. Gaurav is such a gentleman who provides the best customer service. Kanika is also very nice and tries her best in helping you to select the best outfit. Overall the whole team makes your shopping experience really fun.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star review I would. Do not give this place your time, energy or money. There are far better places in the plaza.Kanika and Gaurav lack basic customer service skills and basic accountability. Their service delivery is unreliable, inconsistent and an overall unpleasant and unaccommodating experience. These aren’t the owners of the place but should receive some sort of basic customer service and hospitality training if they’re the ones handling unsatisfied customers and complaints. Unsure how they both even got the job to manage this store - it’s concerning.They outsource their tailors but show zero accountability for the mess ups or delays of their tailors. Instead they play the blame game. Little to no apologies or accommodations to turn an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one. They don’t care if their customers leave unhappy, despite them paying an arm and a leg for some of these Indian outfits.A cheap and petty place when it comes to compensating their customers due to tragic and unreliable service. No empathy or understanding that they’re handling an outfit that you have planned to wear for an important wedding event. Overall unprofessional and horrible customer service and don’t care for the inconveniences they bring upon their customers.The multiple 1 star reviews on this place say it all.Avoid this place at all costs and save yourself the time, money, and headache.
