I love this location because it's always neat and tidy. This mall is very quiet on this inside, so this store always has sizes. The people that work here are quite nice and let you be.

I went in because they had a 40-70% sale on. I walked around the entire store looking at work/ dress pants. Not a single employee even said Hi" so I walked out."

the red haired employee will ignore you unless you're skinny and pretty.I work in this mall. and never once been greeted by several of the staff here. I usually spend my breaks walking around the few stores we have left in brentwood. unless you're a size small you will be ignored. the customer service at this location is truly appalling.

My first time at this location recently. It's a smaller store with mostly friendly staff. The lady I chatted with at the counter was very nice. The return policy for sale items is probably the most restrictive I've seen: all sale items, in store or online, are final sale, no exceptions. That's a pity, as I would buy more from this company if I had the option to return sale items. There are not many Suzy Shiers around, so I probably won't be back to this location unless I'm in the neighbourhood.

I really love this store. There is a good selection of clothes that are nice and look with class. Even when the colors may be trendy, the designs are great.Something I appreciate is they have bigger sizes too.For example if you need to be dressed for a job interview you can find here everything you need.They always have good discounts, the fitting rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and the store in general is a great place to go

Extremely bad customer service. I dont think Suzy shier trains their employees at all. This has been a consistent experience for me in Guilford mall as well as Brentwood mall. The staff is literally rude on your face. I found a used mask in one of their dress' pocket , I informed the staff and she looked at it and gave the weirdest reaction. She let me hold it and then told me to throw in a bin. She did not even offer sanitizer or apologize for someones used mask being in the dress that I was trying on. Ridiculous!
