Friendly staff but make sure you tell them what it is you are allergic to before coming in. I had to go to the store to get an orange and a lime because they didn't have orange or lime extracts to test with.

Didn’t even use their service and I’m already disappointed. I’m trying to get in contact with them and the machine tells me to leave a message and someone will call me, but i haven’t received any call back. And when I try to get in touch with them it’s not even ringing anymore as if the line was busy. Getting in touch with them is absolutely impossible.

Honestly a terrible experience. I picked the english option, receptionist answers only in French. I can overhear the receptionist's entire conversation with another patient. I proceed to tell the receptionist that I need to see an allergist due to Hives and Swelling in the eyes and face. She tells me the earliest we can see you is August 19...so in 2 months. Also they will ask you for your credit card right on the first call please be warned. hope your not in a rush :(

Lady on the phone didn't answer my questions. I just wanted to know if there were fees to see an allergist. She just told me it was 200$ for a general doctor and told me I had a health insurance card (she didn't ask, she just told me I had one?????) and then when I tried to precise my question further, she hanged up on me.
