Very satisfied with service and attention given by Allyson at Delson store. She is a real professional and gave us all details and recommendations for our rings. We did not buy them at first moment but after going to some competitors, we decided to come back and purchase them with Allyson!Strongly recommended! Thanks a lot!

In addition to having reparation prices almost double many other jewellers, the service is less than pleasant. Not only did they charge a significantly higher price, but they also broke a gold necklace during repair and trued to charge us for their mistake. we had to resort to proof with a picture as they kept insisting that it had already been broken. This seems dishonest and lets us see that they do not care about what the customer says. After the reparations and payment, the owner calls back and requests extra payment that was unjustified. When we called back with our receipts in hand, he kept insisting we hd to pay more until he realized on his end that he had printed a receipt in double. They are less than pleasant to talk to and should overhaul their customer service training program.
