I wonder if I can leave a review with zero stars. Worst developer ever. Three years after moving into this new development, the pool is still not working. Excuses after excuses, no transparency, no communication and delays after delays. The shoddy workmanship such as accessibility ramp with steps at the beginning and end, a bicycle locker with mounting nobody can use for their bikes, gardens that are dead, and a never ending repair on expansion joint leaks. It’s been over a year of repairs and still no end in sight, but I can count maybe 25 days they’ve had someone doing actual work so pseudo engineering. Sometimes they show up for 15 minutes at the end of the day. Heavily disappointed owner!

Since 1 is the lowest score, that is what they get. As the other review commented, the workmanship on the their condo building on Hwy 7 and Birchmount is sub-standard. They have failed multiple inspections by the City. According to their own letter issued to residents York Region health inspector indicated that the designed temperature control system for the hot plunge pool does not meet the health code requirement
