Awesome customer service. Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Had problems with another rental place (on their end) came to Rental City and they were very business respectful of the other company but understood my frustrations. On same day I walked out with a delivery date needless to say will be sticking with Rental City from here on out.

My name is heather and i have been with rental city for a few years now, I won't go anywhere else they are the friendliest people at any rental place hat I have dealt with . If you want something and the don't have it they will do their best to get it for you and they usually do. When I walk into the peterborough store I get greeted with happy smiley faces. We dealt with rental city over 12 years ago when my husband and I first go together. Got a few items, paid them off and now that we have a bigger place and two kids, we came back to furnish our new place. Have a beautiful sofa set, queen size bed and some kick butt electronic. We love dealing with the because the prices are low, they always run specials and there's never any pressure to get more. For Christmas, they even order our daughter a tablet then hand delivered it to our door, gift wrapped! Al, John and the rest of the crew are amazing and I would never go anywhere else!

I've been dealing with them for a few years now I wouldn't want to deal with any other company. Prices are affordable and all the staff especially Al and John are super friendly. I am currently renting a beautiful bedroom suite from them, and in the past a deep freezer.
