Was at RockyView for day surgery in urology . Could not ask for a better team of nurses than the ones I experienced during my visit . Some really dedicated people who love what they do and we are so lucky to have them .

it's a parking garage, not a park... it's well lit, well maintained, and super easy to use (especially with the parking app now!). As far as parkades go, I've been in better and worse. When you think of the type of clientele going to the emergency room, I'm a little surprised they don't make all the stalls a little wider - but having said that, I've never had a door ding from here and it's really nice how close this parkade is to both the emergency entrance and the main entrance.

It's a parkade, so about as special as a parkade can be. Good customer service when I forgot my ticket after paying. They opened the gate to let me out!

Be cautious of the machine where you pay for your parking. It ate my credit card. Called the help button but you can't hear them and they can't hear you. Faintly heard they were sending someone out. 45 min later the maintenance guy came by, the help line didn't even contact him. He was just coming by to check on the machines! He got my card out in a matter of moments, just don't believe the help line when they say they are sending someone right out!

This is not a heated parking lot. If you are staying or working beyond 8 hours, then you have to pay for 24 hr parking which is 14.25

Very conveniently located, but also busy. Some times of day are busier than others e.g. 1pm. Some parking meter machines do not take coins. None take debit cards, only credit cards. Machines do not make change. The manned parking office can make change.

3 stars only as smoker's corner right outside and I am breathing in cigarette smoke even through mask, both entering parkade from hospital or leaving parkade to enter hospital. In other words, I am breathing cigarette smoke coming and going, and was doing a lot of that since my father got ill and was a patient at the hospital. Have not had trouble finding parking spot anytime of day. Watch out for pigeons overhead in some parking spots as they have made their home there. Monthly rates are best if you are visiting often.
