Just went in for service on a 2023 Yukon, an oil change, seat blower recall, tailgate glass rattle and installed some mud flaps.It took much longer than expected, dropped off at 9am and got it back at 17:40 for the jobs listed above.Consumer goes back to dealership for service for their expertise and OEM parts.Every mud flaps has a small gap that I can foresee trapping extra sand and salt, not the reason why we install them and I am sure I won’t see any on the showroom floor with that quality.The 2 stars are for the shuttle driver.***Updated with new Photos after refitting***

I would not normally go to a dealership, but I had a good experience at the GMC dealership in Red Deer so I took my car to the GMC Wolfe dealership for an oil change.The shuttle was nice. Service still managed to keep me waiting for over an hour though. Then the oil change ended up costing over $140 (double the cost of the other dealership) and they gave me a fun “action plan” with recommendations for over $3,600 of mostly unnecessary work. Way to take advantage of new customers.About a week later, my vehicle shut down while driving and I had to get it towed. Funny since the vehicle had a brand new battery and was running great before the oil change. When I told them what happened, they wanted to charge me $179 just to look at it.So if you value your time and money I suggest taking your car somewhere else.Update: after the car broke down and I was told the price to get it looked at the following morning I told the advisor not to proceed or touch the vehicle and had the vehicle towed to a more trustworthy shop ($65 instead of $179). So, the foremen never “checked it over” unless they did so against my ask. Either way super shady. Will not be back.

Had a great experience with Ron in sales and Kirsten in finance. Would absolutely recommend going to see them if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

They filled my window washer fluid with something that freezes at -10! Also, my “free oilchange” ended up costing over $300 in inspections and brake fluid changes that were not disclosed. Furthermore, this is the 3rd time in a row the service guy failed to listen to the concerns I had with my vehicle. All he cares about is charging you as much as he can for overpriced maintenance. $79 for an air filter… I’m done with this place

Exceptional…that’s the least I could say on my experience buying a new Tahoe at Wolfe. Connie was amazing, very professional, honest and caring all the way and till after the purchase. The whole process was smooth and quick, me & my wife kept thinking this is unreal even after we took the car. This was also possible with Bonnie’s assistance at Finance. I have driven for many years next to Wolfe but never visited them and now I regret that but now I know for sure where I’m getting my next car. Highly recommended for those looking for competitive prices, honest advise and no aggressive sale tactics.

I just bought a new sierra 1500 at4. While the prices of trucks are absolutely ridiculous right now, my salesman, Aaron, made me feel comfortable that I was getting what I paid for. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious he is a car guy and is not only dedicated but passionate to quality.The price was better than most other dealerships and they had the truck I wanted in stock. The other dealerships I would be waiting for upwards of 3 or 4 months.What's better, I brought in my 14 month old son and he was treated like HE was the one paying for it. He loved the free water bottles that were ICE! cold and always found his way to the toy table they have there.Aaron has continued to be very helpful with all my inquiries since purchase.This dealership is highly recommended by me and my family.

I made an appointment for an oil change, decided to wait for my truck. I had a coffee and browsed the showroom. I bumped into the salesman that sold me my truck. We had a nice visit, I got caught up on the evolution of truck models since 2020. Ashif even resolved a complaint that I had by showing me how to find the feature on the touch screen in my truck.
