This place is filthy. Needs a deep clean, badly. There's easily a half inch thick of grease & coffee splashes/other detritus on the customer facing surfaces. Behind the counters/the stainless looks like it's highly in need of a degreasing/polishing as well. Bathrooms are dirty. When I worked for Tim's, both corporate & the health dept would have given our store a major chewing out for that level of uncleanliness.

I was ordering 5pcs of Chicken strips in the Drive thru around 8:30PM…and ask for Mayo after. But the Lady gave me this attitude and I think she is upset.. and said next time ‘’I should ask for sauce coz that would be an extra charge’’…I use to order chicken strips…this is my first time encountering a staff like that!!!! she never ask for dipping sauce so I assume she put it on my chicken strips plate…and take note the service is so SLOW and the staff is rude’!!!! I was really disappointed.. Never coming back to this store again!!!!!!!!!

At least Tim's is consistent. Consistently lacking customer service, consistently screwing up orders, and consistently being my least favourite place to go. You'd think with all the bad reviews the management would make some changes. But like they say if you're not part of the solution you are part of the problem

Very bad.. we ordered a Turkey bacon club and BBQ chicken Bowl.. and we were both sick driving back to BC..Had to pull over on the hwy and vomit ..chicken and the turkey meat.. even my 82 yr mother was sick.. very scary..The washrooms were dirty and the service staff we to busy chatting in Hindy.Will never go back to this one..

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL Tim Hortons!My girlfriend and I went to get a chocolate chip cookie. She is very allergic to Peanuts… we got the cookie she took a bite because we ordered a chocolate chip cookie. They gave us a peanut butter cookie. (I understand that mistakes can be made but) I called back and told them. They did not care and didn’t even apologize for any mistakes made. Even told me what do you want me to do about it ?! Like just terrible customer service and I hope that someone with a very serious peanut allergy doesn’t get hurt here.

I was there this morning to get the BF but the service was horrible. Looks like the employees don’t want to work there. Moving around like zombies. No smile, No greetings nothing so ever not even a word. If you people don’t want this job, just quit so someone else who really needs the job can get it. Funny thing was, the store supervisor also behaved same.
