I have been using Shouldice Mechanical for nearly 10 years to install a brand new furnace, redoing duct work, furnace maintenance and when we moved into our new home replaced our AC.Their crew are super friendly and will do what it takes to fix any issues, even it if requires re-doing previous work to make it proper.I highly recommend giving them a call if you have any questions about your HVAC system at all

We were very impressed with the service we received. This is the second time we had them in the last two years - once for our furnace and the most recent was our AC. The technician, Murielle was able to detect the problem within a couple of minutes and repaired the AC within 10-15 minutes. She was very friendly and professional at the same time. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I just want to say how impressed I was with Shouldice Mechanical. The two installers, Erick and DIllon did the job in the two days as I was told and did so in a professional and enthusiastic manner. They took their time to get everything just right and entertained all my questions. They showed me everything they were doing and took their time to explain everything which I found quite interesting. My thanks to them and the Shouldice Team for making this such a wonderful experience and done without any worries on my part. We use Shouldice for Commercial calls and they are always very professional people and always let us know of any issues as they come up. Never had any problems with units after and they will always show up quick. They clean up and leave no garbage and always do a high quality job. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

They provided a comprehensive quote on top quality brand equipment and install along with a 10 year warranty option. All work was completed in 1-1/2 days will little to no impact to our daily routine. We are very satisfied with the performance of the equipment so far and the work they did. Shouldice Mechanical recently replace my 12 year old furnace and installed a new AC. The technician's were on time, professional and took extra care to keep my home clean as they worked. The attention to detail is what I appreciate most. My family now has a reliable more efficient furnace and an AC to keep us cool this summer. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Rick and his team were awesome! They were very professional and polite. They did a great job installing a new furnace, AC unit, humidifier and thermostat! All new appliances look clean and tidy, also the team was very tidy. They had mats for were they were walking, didn't leave any mess. Overall this was a wonderful experience! Anytime I need an HVAC team, I will be contacting Shouldice Mechanical.

I chose Shouldice on the advice of someone in Ottawa who had them install a heat pump, as I was looking for a company who specialized in that. In fact, they not only installed a heat pump for me, they also installed an air exchanger and a hybrid hot water tank. There were a few things that impressed me:1. When I requested the team wear a mask in the house, they happily did so.2. The installation work was neat and everything worked exactly as it should.3. When I asked for a humidity exhaust hose to be rerouted, so that it wasn't draining from my sump pump drain pipe, they gladly came back and did that (they drained it into the washer drain pipe).4. They noticed I had issues in my kitchen with some old fluorescent lights. They offered to fix them for a small (very small) fee and replaced them with LEDs. They did that work within an hour and during the same time they were installing the heat pump.5. The Residential Manager, Rick Chartrand, came by after the work was complete to inspect that everything was done properly. He even showed me how I can check that my old sump pump is working (which wasn't related to the work they did).6. The quote they gave me when I ordered my heat pump and equipment was exactly what they charged me and they left it to me how I wanted to pay.It's rare that I'm completely satisfied with the work of contractors, but in this case, I can honestly say I was. And, I'm loving my heat pump. So glad I'm off natural gas now.

Called for furnace maintenance late on Friday afternoon, received a quick call back and the technician, Matt, was at the home within the hour to assess the unit. Matt was friendly, professional and happy to answer our many questions. We were very satisfied with our experience and would absolutely use this company again in the future.
