Larissa was fantastic in detailing the service and recalls I was receiving. Also the techs did a good job determining the issues with the noise the car was making. There is some warranty work to be done. Larissa is looking after all of that for me and will get the process started. We 100% recommend Jim Pattison Subaru on Regent based on an emergency situation we found ourselves in with our new Outback on a cross-country tour. The service team diagnosed the issue quickly and tried a variety of ways to get the unusual part we needed locally. In the end they had to overnight the item in order to get us back on the road in the shortest time. They kept us apprised of the part’s ETA and on arrival gave us an accurate estimate of when the car would be ready to go. We only lost two days of our vacation and appreciated the great treatment we received, most especially from Dustin, the Parts and Service Manager. Many thanks for the peace of mind we needed to continue on the highway.
