Called up Al for a heating problem in one of my rental properties. Although he was busy that day, he managed to squeezed me in and immediately identified the problem. The repair was done quick and very efficiently. I have been using Vero Mechanical since 2021. Very reliable and on time service. Highly Recommended!

Vero Mechanical was one of 5 companies we called to give a quote for new AC and two replacement furnaces. Alvaro was so pleasant and obviously knowledgeable, and his quoted prices so reasonable, that we awarded him the contract. He did a fantastic job with an excellent clean up after he was finished. Alvaro is a very hard worker and he delivered exactly what he promised. We're 110% satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend his services.

Alvaro was great! Our furnace gave out in the middle of a cold snap and he helped us out immensely. The part that we needed wasn't available anywhere, but he had a used one that he installed for us that helped us get through until a new part arrived. Friendly, responsive and doesn't charge and arm and a leg like the bigger outfits in town. Would certainly recommend Alvaro!

In the early days of winter our furnace wasn’t working. Vero went above and beyond on a busy day assisting me via text and phone to be able to fix the problem myself when I informed him I had the abilities and he new he couldn’t fit me in. I offered to pay for the consult but he was just happy to ensure we had heat. I have never known a trade willing to do this and we were incredibly grateful, it was not a fun cold snap. I will definitely be using them for future servicing.

I highly recommend Vero Mechanical! I appreciated Alvaro's advice as I replaced a furnace, had a new A/C and thermostat installed. He also repaired my hot water tank. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. Awesome company and I will work with them again in the future.

I found Alvaro to be very responsive, very knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently to resolve our loss of heat. It was only because of his experience and connections with suppliers that he was able to source the parts we needed to have the loss of heat resolved. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will call upon him if ever the need arises again. Top shelf service for sure!

The worst thing that can happen is you wake up on Christmas eve, with -30C temperatures outside and your furnace does not work. And it's Saturday. Alvaro was God sent. He responded quickly and had the furnace up and running in a few hours. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, prompt. He saved the day.

Alvaro at Vero Mechanical is professional, polite and knowledgeable.He respects his customer's time. He called me to say he was running late well before my appointment time. Very positive experience with Vero Mechanical. Alvaro found that we had several fractures in the heat exchanger among other things and recommended to change out our furnace. Alvaro came out the next day and talked to us about our options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. After the install he walked us through everything they did and answered all of our questions. Did a great job cleaning up! We will definitely be contacting Vero Mechanical for any heating and cooling service.
