Had a new water tank installed in 2019. in 2020 it was rusting and water leaking from the water tap connected to the tank. I asked them to look at it, they told me to find another plumber to look at and fix the problem. They don't stand by the workmanship. It also took them 3-4 weeks to respond to my request after I had to email them twice.

Ryan Ritchie is fantastic! My hot water tank sprung a leak on Tuesday night. Ryan came over right away to inspect the problem and by Wednesday afternoon we were up and running again. They took care of the old tank and left our home cleaner than they found it. Great to know there are honest and hardworking professionals like this in our community!
