On our way back from Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve to Quebec City, Sequenay what's the logical place to stay overnight to maximize our time in Quebec City the next day. Hence, we picked this economical hotel.It met all of our expectations for one night stay for the purpose of a layover. For those of you who may have some difficulty with stairs, do you know that there is no elevator at this facility. You can likely request for a first floor room if you think you might run into difficulties with getting a luggage up the staircase.As you can see from the pictures, the rooms were relatively clean. There are some obvious signs of wear and tear, like The ripping of the sides of the chair at the work desk. Also, your sleep will likely be disturbed because of other travelers looking up at fairly early hours in the morning and banging the doors.

I was disappointed upon arrival due to lack of fitness area, resorted to squats, pushups and sit ups in the room. Still got a sweat on.Now my biggest issue. The hotel has a sign that towels and linen would be changed every three(3) days. I was there 5 nights, they never came into my room.I had to empty my own garbage, and never got to have new sheets or towels. Either provide proper room service or get rid of the sign in the bathroom of your end of the agreement.Front desk staff were polite upon checking in.Will not be back.
