Clean, big hotel. Felt pretty safe.It sits little higher on price range, but central location and quality of hotel is very good - new and comfy, spacious rooms.Stuff was very helpful.One thing is their underground parking is 6’’ clearance. We had a Thule on top and car didn’t fit. Helpful receptionist gave us printed instructions with 4 other options where to park and we found safe parking in the City Center two blocks away.Will stay again.

Nice place with nice rooms and guest services. It has a nice restaurant. I attended a conference in the RBC convention center There is an internal skyway that is less than 5 minutes walk from the 2nd floor of this hotel. Nice food places including east Indian cuisine are walking distance.

The hotel itself and the staff were great, good workout room also. Docked a couple stars though on the location, I stayed here 1 day and witnessed a cell phone theft in the neighborhood condo towers (including condo security coming outside to see why a woman in the corner was screaming at a man) and a shirtless, pantless homeless man passed out on the crosswalk corner. Typical state of affairs for modern Western civilization cities I suppose??

Had a one night stay which was very enjoyable made possible by friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond.2 days prior to arrival, I received a email informing me of the temporary closure of the pool and jacuzzi due to ongoing maintenance. I appreciated the full disclosure and transparency. In lieu, I was offered a goodwill gesture of complimentary parking.Checkin by Sara was quick, professional and friendly. Sara also followed up later in the day to ensure that everything was just right with my room. In addition Sara also arranged for an early morning (6:30AM) breakfast to go order would be ready for me upon checkout. Sure enough the order was ready upon checkout as promised. I can't thank her enough for making this happen, she really went the extra mile in coordinating this.My room was spotless, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom had a heated floor which was a nice, luxurious feature. The AC was working perfectly and wifi was very good speed.I had access to the lounge on the 12th floor. Visited during off-hours and yet it was fully stocked with beverages, chips, yoghurt, fresh fruit, freshly baked cookies and gummy candies!Enjoyed dinner at Blaze, corn chowder and the burger was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent as-well.Overall I was beyond impressed with the hotel and staff who were always eager to make you happy.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Everything is an add on to the room base rate, whereas other overnight accommodations have included breakfast and parking. Both of which are astronomically price gouged at this location. Oatmeal - $20! Parking $21 per night (premium of the owners own rate of $19)

Amazing service and hospitality. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Heated bathroom floors are a plus. Pool and hot tub are also nice. Room service was decent as well.

Nice hotel. The team provides excellent service, too. Irene was awesome at check-in. The lady at the Starbucks coffee corner was warm and friendly. The guy at check-in was kind enough to take care of my delivery when I couldn't come down asap. I'll be back.

Came here on a work trip for the weekend. Very great service and helpful staff - they accommodated us so well! Grace at the front desk was super sweet and even let us know of fun events in the area. Great stay

The parkade is underground and seemed pretty safe/secure. The elevator took us to the lobby where we checked in without issues. The front desk staff were terrific with our room requests and tried to accommodate us as best as possible. We ended up right at the pool with our rooms, incredible! It could get a little noisy with the music and pool, but it was well worth it for being right there.The pool area was really nice, though we wished the whirlpool was a touch hotter. They had lots of lounge chairs and towels, and a little seating area outside our rooms which was really handy.The restaurant, Blaze, is quite good. The servers were very attentive, and they had a nice selection of wine (the Sauvignon Blanc was especially tasty!), the menu selections are a little scarce for those with allergies or food sensitivities - though they did offer a couple of options. It seemed a bit high in price for the amount of food; however, it was really delicious.We decided to try room service for breakfast and that was amazing. The eggs benedict was scrumptious and the hashbrowns were the crispy on the outside, soft on the inside type. Yum!Housekeeping was thorough and really accommodating with our requests and genuinely caring about our needs/wants. The rooms all smelled wonderful too, not perfumy, just simply clean.Overall a fantastic place to stay! Great location, wonderful amenities, great tasting food, and the warmest and most caring staff. Thank you all for having us in your fine hotel!
