My wife and I had a terrible moving experience with this company.We had booked well in advance for a 9 am move. The day before the move we were contacted and told the time would have to change to a window between 2 and 4 pm. This was inconvenient but not unacceptable, however, the movers didn't actually show up until 9:30pm! This was after several calls to the office and the driver.The movers were unprofessional and inefficient. We helped with many of the boxes to expedite the process. We were forced to pay before the driver would start unloading, and we were overcharged by an extra hour.I would not recommend that anyone use this company.

Worst moving company I have ever experienced. Delayed shipment by nearly 2 months as opposed to their 10-14 days claim. On top of that, over $2000 worth of items were lost and damaged severely. If you do decide to move with this company, make sure to ask for a moving contract as well because they won't provide you with one unless you ask.

Worst experience ever.My entire experience with Iceberg was absolutely appalling, from providing me with a quote and then charging me $300 additional without telling me, to my items arriving looking like they were tossed off a cliff, they lost my TV - I have called customer service 3 times, even simply asking to be kept up to date in their process and they could not have been more rude or unhelpful. Have not provided any type of apology or shown any concern as to when my missing item would be returned or the issue be resolved, didn't even update me about the status of the investigation after asking them too multiple times. I'm absolutely shocked at the poor level of customer service, as well as the absolutely terrible service provided in shipping my belongings.Would never recommend anyone to use this company, they truly could not care less about your experience or belongings.

Worst moving experience of my life! Didn't bring a large enough truck, arrived two days late, broke/demolished at least a dozen things and will NOT return phone calls to compensate us for these damages! We still have things stuck in NS that they could not fit in!! I don't know how we will get them now! These guys could care less about your stuff! They are scam artists!'

I moved out of my one bedroom apartment with the help of Noj and Jozo. They were both very friendly, worked at a good pace, and were careful with my fragile belongings. Nothing was damaged in the move. They were very polite and competent, and explained the billing process thoroughly at the end of the move. Overall I was happy with the service provided by these two.

I thought I would do a review for the pick up and a separate review for delivery since, IMO, they are two different services. The set up for our move from Toronto to Vancouver was amazing. The customer service was great and Sarah did a great job of reassuring me and responding to me in a timely fashion. I was very anxious about this move and she was great about it. For pick up, I was told we would receive a phone call from dispatch about delivery time but they didn't call me. I had to call a couple times but I was given the window at the end. On move day, they showed up on time, about an hour into our two hour window. The two guys were great. Very hard working and took care of our things. We were told that we could follow them to the scale to weight the empty truck before they started loading and then again after the truck was loaded. The movers were not aware of this arrangement. We talked to dispatch on one of the mover's cel phones and they said that was misinformation and they do not do a weigh before each move. They have the weight of the empty truck and they sent us the ticket for that weighing by email right away. The ticket was dated June 14. I don't know how we can tell if this is our particular truck or for some other truck but ill give them the benefit of the doubt. The movers told us we could meet them at the weigh scale to get the loaded weight and they were good on their word. The other thing that is weird is they require the full payment of goods before they Depart. I found this unsettling as it would mean they would have all our money and all our stuff. I talked to the office and they said I could pay for half when they depart Toronto and the other half upon delivery of our stuff. I thought this was fair. Overall I was really happy with the process so far. I will post another review on delivery when our goods arrive in van. (They said 2 weeks).

My Niece used this company and it was a ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE !!!! The company was nothing but irresponsible and neglectful ... Nothing that was discussed was implemented and they were extremely dishonest. From the quote (grossly overcharged) to moving deadlines, broken contents, ect... We had to involve the Police to retrieve the items. They did nothing but hold the property hostage and even once the ransom demand was given, upon inspection , keepsakes were damaged beyond belief. It was nothing but a stressful , frustrating and heartbreaking experience. I find it unbelievable that a company would treat their customers this way ... It's nothing less then criminal !!!

Update from my previous review - months later and the company still not answering my calls or taking ownership for losing/stealing my TV and breaking open all my boxes. I was informed I would be compensated for the missing item, never happened. Every time I call they make a note to have someone call me" because somehow every time I call that department or person has left for the day or are "out" and will get back to me the next day - and then never does. What is with wrong this company??"

Do not use this company. They damaged my furniture and would not respond to my inquest and ignored my calls. All the payments are completed before the actual delivery. The pick up movers did not confirm a time and I had to chase them down to make sure they were coming. The delivery service was late and the date could not be confirmed. The movers who dropped off my belongings would not confirm whether they worked directly for the company. The movers stated the company is going under

Absolutely the worst movers I've ever experienced. Lost 3 boxes, damaged furniture and were 3 days late on delivery. Moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia was difficult enough without these shysters and buffoons messing up. Been trying to recover missing boxes and get refund for late deliver for nearly a year. Now going to Small Claims court.
