I have visited PulseAir a few times in the past year and have found the staff the reception area helpful, pleasant and efficient. The technical staff I have encountered were knowledgeable and informative as well as friendly and helpful. I have had two appointments with Dr. Bader who provided clear explanations of all test results as well as what treatment would be beneficial. He took time to answer questions as well.

worst customer service, I was late for my appointment for 10 minutes and they made me reschedule my appointment, i work during the day hours and i have to struggle to get to my appointment ,there is no parking space available and i lost time for finding the parking. Every facility has 15 minutes grace period. There staff is so rude and does not have any empathy for the patients and their perspective.

It was my second time having a meeting with Chris. Both times he has been very personable and made me feel at ease. He's knowledgeable and thorough in his instructions on the operation of the equipment, as well as how I can get some assistance in the event that I need it at night when the center is closed. Nothing but good things to say about Chris. Very profesional and a solid guy overall from those meetings.

Was referred to this clinic by my doctor and had a Holter monitor test. Waited only 5 minutes before being called in and the tech was informative, efficient and straight to the point which I appreciated. No issues with the test itself, overall was a good experience and no anxiety.

Highly recommended! I got a calendar reminder about my appointment which was great! Location was awesome, lots of free parking and was easy to find. The test itself and the lady who was facilitating the test was super nice, provides clear instructions and makes you feel at ease.

Two thumbs up! All aspects were top notch including: accurate appointment details, greeting at reception, essentially no waiting, attentive technician and good communication with doctor. All people I dealt with at clinic were very friendly and helpful. Easy to recommend Pulseair Heart and Lung.

My daughter was impressed.I have been a number of times over the years. The front desk staff are the stairs of the show. Always making one feel welcome and cared for. The nurse I had this time made me feel very relaxed .Dr. Bader as always is awesome and a font of knowledge. I am in good hands.

I went today to follow up on a doctor's recommendation. I had a stress test completed. I was treated with total respect and we had fun. The technician and the cardiologist were lighthearted and put me at total ease.

My mother had been hospitalized and needed a ECG Ultra sound after she was released. Swapna set up an appointment and kept my mother on a waitlist. Our family greatly appreciated her attentiveness and level of detail. George conducted the test today. He was very compassionate and explained the procedure well. My Mom is in her 90’s and the staff were very patient and caring.
