We were very happy with the workmanship of our installers; our job was bigger than expected; they explained options and new timelines; very pleasant to deal with; highly recommended.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I paid (2900$) to have remove my old floor and install new plywood and then my new floor. The guy never remove my floor, he just put my tiles over the old one!!!! A job who I was able to do myself!Also, I paid to have my appliance remove from my kitchen (200$) to make sure to do not scratch my wood floor in the other room. They was only one guy and he PUSH my appliance on the wood floor and scratch it! And when he have finish the job, he push back on my new kitchen floor my appliance and he SCRATCH my new floor than he have just install.My floor have to be redone but since a month, I didn't have any news!Again, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!By the way, for your answer, you HAVE NEVER PROPOSE ME TO REFUND ME THE INSTALLATION!!! You just offer me 200$ in gift card for the appliance than I move with your guy.AND IF the tile was scratch already as you assumed, WHY the guy install it!!! He was not professional???And I call your guy right away he left for the scratch, THEY WAS NO CHAIR!!! Plus, I have put new felt under my chair when your guy was at my place. He saw me doing it! But where he put is tools, it's exactly where the scratch is... Bizarre.And by the way, I never block your number. I have 2 phone number and email address.

The installers were very professional quality workmanship , we're on time , friendly and did a nice job cleaning up when done. Would definitely use Pro Installer when I need another job done .

Proinstallers were under contract to a big box store. A proinstaller came to our house and measured our living room. Next two proinstallers picked up our order from a big box store and brought it to our house. They then removed 5 large items to clear are living room and removed broadloom and underlay, installed plywood, vinyl flooring, and quarter round which we had pre-painted. They cleaned up and removed all the waste.We were very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Original estimator and the installers were professional, on time, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant. We were pleased with the job.

Very professional workers with attention to detail.Work was completed ahead of schedule and clean up was the last thing they had to do.Job site completely clean and all waste taken awayLived the way they worked to gather.Good team effort.If we have future work from lowes we will request the 2 workers who completed the floors for us.Once again thank you for providing us with such fantastic workers.

Luke is a wonderful carpenter and great person to add! His work is immaculate and his attention detail places him above all other installers.

Very polite and professional at all levels from admin too installation .The two gentlemen who carried out the flooring installation at my home were very hard working with meticulous attention to detail.I would invite them back anytime to do work in the future as is my plan.I am extremely happy with my experience as Previously stated I will hire them again.Paul Bennett.

The entire process started at lowes and they came highly recommended. Sam was fantastic for the initial consultation and even recommended what flooring he thought would meet our needs which was different from what flooring we were going to install. It ended up being cheaper and looks amazing. The installers were very professional and nice. Would definitely use again

This is the second time I have used these installers. Because of my first installation by them went so well, I asked to have them again. No complaints whatsoever. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!
