Far superior to any dog training in the Twin Cities, I highly recommend Katie’s K-9 to all new puppy families. Katie gives great foundational skills to help develop your puppy from obedience to food selections. Her experience and guidance in direction of how you handle your dog is priceless!

Katie is beyond knowledgeable, and truly has a gift both with dogs and with people. I couldn’t recommend her services highly enough to anyone with a dog of any age. Also, her radio show on Sundays is wonderful and so informative. If you can’t catch it live, just got podcast it. You’ll learn A TON.

One of the best decisions my family has ever made was arranging a session for our pup at Katie's K-9 Obedience School! INCREDIBLE. We didn't want the time to end. I have been listening to Katie's Radio show for many years and have always been impressed with her knowledge of dogs/animals, nutrition and training. When I bought my Border Terrier puppy, Sherlock, I knew that I wanted to take him to Katie for K-9 Obedience Training. Sherlock is one of the most healthy and well behaved dogs I have ever met. If you can truly listen to everything that Katie teaches and do exactly as she says by finding a way to implement the training into your life than you will truly have a happy and well behaved furry best friend! -Alex and Sherlock

We have two rescue chihuahuas, Parker and Coco(nut), and we've spent a total of 15 classes with Katie going through Beginner 1 twice separately and Beginner 2 with both dogs together. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and will definitely help you get the best out of your partnership with your pooches.

Katie’s obedience school is the best! She is a wonderful trainer and her knowledge of dogs is unbelievable! We took our dog Lyla their as a puppy, knowing nothing about how to train her, and left after the 6 weeks of training with a well behaved little girl! Katie is very good at explaining the how and whys of training. She offers good tips on handling difficult situations. I would definitely recommend her to anyone with a dog. You will not be disappointed!

Katie is an amazing dog trainer and instructor! Felt totally comfortable felt like the things she was telling me made total sense and all five of us there were having a great time as were our dogs! the puppy socialization at the beginning and throughout is really wonderful for the little dogs as well! I highly recommend this place!
