Dr Urton is a very sweet man. I will say his receptionist is not so... no one ever answer's the phone and they say it will take 32 to 3 weeks for a return call..... would call for days to get though..

I recently my mum there for an appointment but there was a sign on the door that Dr Urton was unavailable due to surgery. I understand that emergencies come up, but perhaps the office could have afforded us the luxury of a courtesy call to say appointments are cancelled. I drove from Coquitlam to pick up my mum in Langley - a phone message or even an email would have been appreciated.

What a great experience we had with Dr Urton and his office staff! The service my son received was incredible and Dr Urton made him feel comfortable and at ease. It's rare to find a Doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient . I highly recommend Dr Urton. Thank you so much!

Such a great experience with Dr. Urton and his staff. My daughter, my husband and myself have all seen him for chronic foot/knee pain. Dr. Urton is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. He took the time to fully explain the issues to us and make sure we were clear about treatment going forward. The other staff in the office are great as well. Our whole experience was lovely and we will definitely be back should the need arise.

I came into Dr Urton's office for an ingrown toe nail. Dr Urton was amazing! He was so kind, gentle and assured. I highly recommend him and his staff were wonderful too. If you have any issues with your feet, don't waste a moment and arrange to see Dr Urton. He's the best! Thank you Dr Urton!

Excellent and professional Doctor. If you need help with your feet don't hesitate seeing Dr Urton. I have had issues with ingrown toenails and have received the best care on multiple visits. Thank you for making my feet feel their best!!

Dr Urton is very knowledgeable, he did help my problem and his staff were great. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that he answered his phone not once but twice while in the room with me for 10 mins. He should really be more aware of that.
