I have just recently purchased a mattress for our daughter there. The customer service was well beyond excellent. My salesperson Arron was more then helpful with me and my husband explaining the different types of mattresses and so on.. also worked with us on price.. delivery was also very speedy and all round was an excellent experience. I would definitely refer my friends to this business.

Nice staff but definitely pushing sales. Will not be returning because there was a roach on the first mattress we were shown. Also showing out of price range when price range was clear at the beginning.

Called to find store closes at 600pm, showed up at 530pm to find doors locked. After knocking the sales person comes out and makes it sound like we are wasting his time. Did not even invite us in the store. I will pay the extra dollars at another store that wants my business. For sure it won't be this chain.

I love my mattress. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. The price was great. I did order a frame which arrived a little bent from one of the ends. I took a pair of players and was able to straighten it. My guess is the shippers should be more careful with the products. The products themselves are awesome

I am very happy with what I found here. We are going back today as I have made my decision about which mattress I am getting. Nice store, not overwhelming. If you are looking, go see Frank before you spend time and money at the big box stores! Very happy customers. We had our mattress delivered today, and this just confirmed my first and second impression of the store. I was at work for the delivery, but my husband was very impressed. Amazing service! I can’t express how happy I am with their service and how impressed I was at the wide selection of mattresses they have!I looked everywhere (stores and online) for a 3/4 mattress (weird size for RV beds). Finally came across Worldwide Mattress Outlet and sent them a message inquiring. Their marketing team got back to me not even a day later, advising me they do carry it and send me the location of their local stores.I called the store on Jefferson, told them what I need, my preference and my price point, they were so patient with me on the phone, looking through their inventory, explaining to me the different between the mattresses I was interested in. Then I went to the store, due to Covid, I wasn’t allowed to go in, and they brought the mattresses to the door for me to touch and feel the difference! I was able to pick one that I was really happy with, and they helped me with matching mattress protection and sheets. They didn’t have what I wanted at their location, so they contacted the store on Division and arranged for me to pick it up there. The pickup and quick and smooth!First time buying from them and definitely will buy from them again in the future! The selection, price, service was amazing! Highly recommended!
