I was so excited to try this place and had very high expectations. If you’re going with a group of more than 2 people I suggest that you do not get milkshakes. We made this mistake without knowing they only have 1 mini blender that they use for all milkshakes. We arrived at the shop at 8:50pm and did not leave until 9:37pm. Close to 50 minutes for 5 milkshakes and an order of mini pancakes. The milkshakes were actually very good however they were out of lids and many other things this night. This was my friends order of mini pancakes…. It took about 15 minutes for this and you guys can be the judge. These look like burnt flour tortillas and tasted even worst. Pancakes are fluffy and soft these were extra thin and crunchy. Overall very unimpressed for our first visit☹️ We will try again soon and hopefully our review will change.

It was my first visit here and I ordered a slice of brownie that costed me $8.50 which is absolutely not worth it. Talking about portion, it wasn't enough I think.The staff was really nice and polite.Wouldn't recommend the brownie. Looks pretty good, the chocolate on top was nice. Overall not really bad yet still not satisfactory.

Went in for a soft serve but the machine was not ready, so proceeded to try one of their popular item ‘chocolamooo’. Taste was OK nothing exceptional, it had Kit Kat bars, bueno and scoop of chocolate ice cream with whipped cream and a piece of waffle cover. Complained about it and the employee was apologetic.I agree with the fellow reviewers about high prices & no transparency in their prices. Price of single chocolamooo is $13.50 + taxIt’s a hard pass for me.The only good thing about this place is friendly staff.

The dessert was great. We ordered a traditional crepe and brownie. When we first went there, the alarm starts going off. It was off for most of our time inside (20 min or so). After we are, my husband went up to pay and the charge was around $40. The lady behind the counter even asked us, Is it expensive?" On your menu online

We stopped in for ice-cream hoping for the best, sadly all tubs of ice cream looked like it was melting, it was impossible to scoop, more like ladle it into the cup. Yes it is very hot, other locations have frozen ice cream, the freezers are full of ice & desperately need to be defrosted so they work effectively & actually keep the ice cream frozen. Taste was ok, but a big red flag not to post your prices, we will go elsewhere in future. The servers were very nice and friendly

I went today after a 10 minute walk and honestly it was very satisfying. It was my first time but the service there was incredible . I wanted the ice cream and since there was a wide variety of flavors, I couldn't decide on what to order. The staff working saw that I was troubled, and told me thier favourites and let me try every flavor. The prices were a bit expensive, but the taste was magnificent. Overall it was a delightful experience. Would TOTALLY recommend :)

Great experience with my kids, they were treated nicely and made to taste almost every single flavor before ordering.Nice staff, great customer service, the prices are ok, clean and hygienic.The place is wonderful with plenty of parking spaces.Highly recommended
