I really enjoy my physician (Dr. K) I think he is wonderful, however, you're basically on your own for any type of follow up. Make sure with this place, you're calling to confirm specialist appointments, etc. because you will not be called and miss appointments. Like I said, do all of your own follow up and when they say we will call you to tell you when your appointment is" do not trust that. Great health care (which is important) poor administration (which I can handle but still can improve)."

Where is the option for zero stars? The utter lack of responsibility and professionalism at this place is absolutely unacceptable. I was told I'd be getting allergy shots. That was 5-6 years ago. I waited for at least 4 years, making several phone calls and emails asking for a follow-up and update. Nothing. It's like, you have one job and you can't even bother to lift a finger. Till today, I have not received a call, or email back, letting me know what happened.Because of this, I am only recently starting my allergy shots with a different doctor. Still have to wait months or years for it to make me feel better. Thanks a lot!!!!Don't waste your time here. Any other walk in clinics are more capable of getting things done, and actually caring about their patients.

The reception is very bad I try to all day nobody responded If you have emergency nobody answer the customer service is very bad tody I try so many times

These 5 stars are for Nadia...I believe that is her name. My husband and I were in the office just over a month ago. She was extremely helpful, every step of the way. I wish there were more Nadia's out there.Thank you for your help.

My husband has been a patient here for Manu years. I couldn't understand ehy he would always come out of his appointments feeling disheartened, depressed and worse thane when he went in. I finally had the chance to sit in on his appointment last week and was appalled by how the Dr. Treated him....it took every ounce of strength in me not to lose my s*** on the Dr.Bed side manner is atrocious, can't be bothered to listen to patien concerns and kept standing up to leave every 2 min. The Dr. Attitude was snippy, rude, condescending and I am going to be putting him on with my own Dr....stay away.

Going on 40 years seeing the same doctor and hope we have another 40 years in us!! Have see some of the front desk staff close to the same length of time. Not sure how they (such as Nancy), keep up the crazy pace they do. So many calls and all at the same time it never stops for them. So you have my respect. Heads up all, we all want to be the one patient who gets attention over everyone else. It just doesn't work like that. Have patience and let this staff do their job and they will take care of you. There is a reason I have been there 40 years now.

How does anyone get an appointment with the doctor if no one answers the phone. Not one answer since last week. Really? What are the workers doing pucking their nose or on their cell phones instead. Poor very poor work ethics with reception. Horrible in fact. Just horrible. Someone could die before getting an appointment with this doctor..

I love my Doctor, she is great, there are times when you have to wait for little bit, but it is normal just like any other doctors.

Good service when you can actually get in to see the doctor. Be warned; they don't pick up the phone and they DO NOT respond to voicemail!Update after 3 years... they still don't answer the phone.... try elsewhere

Answer the phones. Surrey medical centre acts like they’re to “busy” to answer your calls. Every time I’m there I see those receptionists doing everything but be on the phone. Nearly impossible to make an appointment. Besides that, on the medical side of things they’re good :)
