Greg is Great! He did our home inspection a few months ago and did a pretty thorough job. Once we moved in, we found an issue with the kitchen vent and I gave Greg a call. He came to look at it on the same day and we were able to quickly identify what the problem was. Thanks for being responsive and easy to deal with.

Greg conducts his business thoroughly and professionally. He doesn't rush through inspections like other inspectors and he always takes his time to explain everything to buyers on a walkthrough. He also offers a post-inspection warranty that I find very valuable. I would recommend using Greg for any residential inspection!

We had a great learning experience coming from the home inspection. Things that a normal buyer would not checked were checked. Our home inspector was George. He was prompt and completed the inspection before we arrived. He then walked us through the details of the house , and pointed out areas where it can be improved. He was detailed and had practical examples as we walked though the outside and inside of the house. He documented the process in his report which we now hold for reference as we do renovation. We highly recommend George for all house buyers.
