Justice Access Centre

I am the victim of a crime. I've bene waiting for the Justice Access Center to help me since March 2014, it is now July 2017 and I have been isolated from my children for over four years because nobody can obey court orders and the JAC Native Court Worker ignores me, goes on holidays as I am destroyed by unfounded allegations, rcmp harrasment, death threats and my children are denied their court ordered parental access, protection of their metis heritage, my 6 year old can't remember who her real dad is, my 9 year old can but can't remember what i look like. The Justice Access center will bend over backwards if you are native and want to confest to a crime but if you are a victim of a crime you are out of luck. My children are victims of crime and abuse too, but to the JAC and courts, children aren't people, they are property. I am native, i dont count. 4 years isolation because i am innocent, a victim of crime and native. They dont even listen to their own JAC worker who made the custody report. This place is a joke. If you are a single mother, they will love you. If you are a victim of a crime or native, good luck, you will need it.

A great place to get pro bono legal advice. The lawyer was friendly and gave clear advice. She was very helpful.

should be called family justice access cause they sure can't help a person with any other kind of access to justice , they seemed more then happy to pawn me off on some other center that wasn't even in my city . Funding for this center outside of family law is questionable to me .

Mediation services here are awful!Pay the money and seek a professional.
