Adrienne is awesome! I did a lot of research on different dietitians/nutritionists prior to choosing Adrienne. She was always my number 1 choice but I thought I'd look around to see what else is out there. Many of the professionals I contacted did not provide the commitment that Adrienne provides (they'd do a 60-min initial consultation and then you decide when you want to meet them again). Adrienne is there with you every step of the way, every meal, providing fantastic feedback. Other professionals have the mentality of you eat this a lot so we'll need to cut this out cause it's not good." Adrienne

Adrienne was super helpful in changing the way I thought about food. She was able to figure out tips and tricks for me to lose weight and still have my favorite foods. I lost around 15 pound so far and I'm still feeling great to keep going! If you're ready to start your healthy eating plan, I'd suggest giving Adrienne a call!

I worked with Adrienne for the last 6 months and had a great experience. I went into the program looking to improve my relationship with food and find a sustainable healthy eating lifestyle.I had some pre-conceived ideas of what eating to lose weight should look like including eating salads and cooking all of your meals. I found out that those don't work for me and we worked together to find a meal plan that was customized for me and fit into my crazy busy schedule. I have learned so much in the past 3 months and the way I think about food and eat food has changed for the better. Adrienne is a very knowledgeable professional whose passion is helping people. She will not give up on you and will always find the positive. This is not a cookie cutter approach or a gimmick but teaches you to eat a well-balanced diet and to lose weight in a slow sustainable way. The mind set practises where particularly helpful for me. I have dieted my entire life. Each time was filled with frustration, weight gain and ultimately giving up.The only way to get a handle on this was to seek professional help. My initial consultation with Adrienne was pleasant and she provided thorough details of the “lifestyle change”. I was sold.The daily food journal was challenging at first but eventually becomes second nature. I am more mindful of food than ever before. The bi-weekly check ins and on the spot suggestions from Adrienne and her team steered me back on track. I was dreading the weekly weigh ins, but it got better and easier as the weight started to drop after the first week on the program!This is the best “lifestyle change” experience ever! Working with Adrienne was a really amazing experience for me. Instead of just providing a meal, she worked with me on my specific goals. She also encouraged me to use mindset exercises to help with emotional eating. Having someone to be accountable to, and who was kind and supportive to me when I was frustrated or hard on myself, was the most important part of the experience for me. While the skills I have learned will be lifelong, my weight loss over the 3 months was the cherry on top! I recommend Adrienne if you are an emotional eater or chronic yo-you diet like I was.
