BN Natural Food store

I like the store a lot , it has been a reliable source of supplements for me and I have been into other stores too, but they don't come close to the knowledge and friendly customer service offered by BN. The prices are very reasonable. They've always helped me with my health issues. It is a great and friendly place to shop. I love it.

The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about herbs. Anything that I need is usually there and if it is not he is able to order it for me. I have been coming to this store for over 10 years and I've always had nothing but pleasant experiences. If you are looking for loose leaf herbs this is the place!

This place is, well word don't exist for the feeling whilst walking inside, the smells and the displays are just right, the owner is a good, kind hearted and honest man, I've been many times he also does know his chemistry as we hang out and chat for 30 minutes Everytime I'm in there. If I could give more than 5 stars, it would be well deserved. Excellent service and knowledge of the products how they work and even the way these compounds function on and in your body, if you're interested... love this place!

I wasn't expecting to visit a health food store whilst on holiday in Ajax, Toronto, but during one of our many visits to Pickering, a family member had a session with Dr Lydia located at this shop. This gave me the perfect opportunity to look around the shop to look at the variety of supplements, powders, natural herbs, spices and other healthy foods. The array was mind blowing.The shop assistant was on hand to answer many of the questions I had for the various ailments I had. Primarily, I wanted something to reduce the incidents of cramp, which I suffer from, especially after my gym sessions. I was really taken aback by the extent of his knowledge and the time he was giving me to explain a lot of the product ingredients and their effects on the body. The more questions he explained, the more questions I asked. I was so grateful, since I had never found the same level of knowledge or time afforded to me in any of the health food shops I regularly visit in the UK. I really did not want to leave because he was so informative. I bought two items as a result.If I am ever in Ajax visiting family again, I will be sure to visit this shop again! Please DON'T change! I think residents and visitors alike will appreciate the time you give to explain your products, just like I have.

We have been to this store for many years. My wife and I like their honesty as well as their professionalism. They listen and then suggest you what you may need. I have no hesitation to recommend this store for all your natural products, vitamins and variety of other products they carry. Excellent customer service that is second to none. Job well done!

Walked in store. Wasn’t even greeted. There was only one other person in store. Was standing in one spot for 5 mins waiting for him to finish chatting with another customer. When he came to me he seemed completely uninterested and I told him what I was looking for, he tried to go back and forth with me on what it was called then he said he didn’t have it/sold out. I asked if he knew when it would be back in stock and he said no. Did not provide great customer service. I ended up getting just what I needed at Healthy Planet.
