My service tech. was Malik. He arrived when he said he would, fixed the problem with my hot water heater quickly. Polite and professional.

I have used enercare services in the past and have found the technicians that work for enercare are extremely professional the sub contractors are however not quite up to par. The 1st sub contractor was here for not more than 20 minutes advised me I needed a part and left. I later saw the invoice he billed to enercare for $248. I then had to book an appointment for followup installation and repair. The second sub contractor was more professional I was told the part that the first sub contractor had ordered was the wrong part and he would have to improvise and adjust the part to fit my water heater. He was here well over a half hour he billed enercare $468 labour $150 part $319.In future if something goes wrong I hope I get an Enercare Technician.

Rob the Tech was right on time and before walking into our home, put slippers on; diagnosed the problem; had the correct part available for repair; was very knowledgeable and friendly (took time to explain how the program we have works for us). Would definitely recommend Enercare (specifically Tech Rob!).

Cliff and Dave were very professional in what they were doing and provided good customer service. They were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful with our heater issue we experienced. The repair came with good results, our warm water finally came back after 3 days without cold water. They also took time to explain how certain things function such as how to start our fireplace, and other technical issues we learn such as the use of the furnace. We would recommend you reach out to Cliff and Dave if you want to get an excellent result

I have been so impressed with Enercare services. I have both plumbing, electrical, and other service Packages, and they are worth every penny. I just had George, an electrician in Pickering, do a service in our house. He was so fast, very respectful, and extremely knowledgable in his field. We are looking to obtain for an EV, and overall his guidance was greatly appreciated. Don’t go anywhere else, make sure you trust your home care to enercare! Ask for George if you’re in Pickering!
