Unfortunately I had one of the most bizarre experiences of my life. Makes for a funny story with friends but in a horrifying way (it is not a short story). I too used the Groupon method. I called about 3 times and in the Groupon it says to state your appointment will be used with the certificate. First time I called I got the yeah yeah foot massage no problem oh Groupon no openings today call tomorrow. So I called. No appointments from Groupon sorry (at least they were polite). After the third or fourth time I went to website and submitted the contact form and never heard back. So I called again and BAM got a hold of someone who said yes come for the appointment today. I arrive...they seemed shocked I had an appointment for just one person. I am guessing they got wires crossed because they was another appointment with two ladies. So i sat and waited a while probably 10-15 mins, no big deal...then I go to this room behind a curtain where there was a little girl playing on her phone and an olderish lady (clearly not related) I sat between the two. I thought it was a waiting room of sorts while they prepped by room. It was not! The lady beside me had her feet done (made me uncomfortable). It was dark and reminded me a bad motel. I waited and waited some more. Then after some yelling and what seemed like chaos they started on mine...BUT I have a bad feeling they didn't wash their hands or anything between clients (this cannot be denied or confirmed) The massage itself sucked. I think I would have gotten something better at the nail salon. I specifically picked the reflexology because I wanted someone who knew about pressure points and zone therapy. I am convinced they thought they could say reflexology as a way of marketing. The person massaging me kept leaving every few minutes. Also they used an unlabeled tube of lotion. They little girl had her massage done right beside me. The workers just chatted loudly. Unprofessional, uncomfortable experience. To top it off as I left I noticed the hallway of door with numbers above and was reminded of Shameless. Sorry Sunny, won't be coming back and certainly won't be recommending.

Smells like stinky feet and my masseuse burped loudly during our session.Masseuse pulled my covers so low that my entire butt was exposed and I kept pull it back up and she kept pulling it down. It was just so odd.My masseuse only massaged my one side and didn’t ask me to flip over.I’ve been here three times ..once because my gf booked it, once because I got a groupon not realizing it was this place again and once because they’re open late and are never busy (this was that experience)Moving forward, Will actively avoid this place, I recommend you avoid it too. My masseuse was BY NO MEANS a trained RMT like I was promised. She massaged my bones for most of the time with heavy pressure (yes my actual bones) thinking they were tense muscles? I thought she was going to snap my bones in half. It was the oddest massage I’ve ever had in my life.If you don’t mind the smell of stinky feet throughout the building, enjoy having your buttocks exposed and if you have very tense bones that need to be relentlessly massaged with heavy pressure then this is the spot for you.

On the phone they quoted me $50 for an hour body massage. When I got there they said it will be $55. When the massage was done they said the price was $60. Make sure you get the cost in writing prior to your treatment or it will go up while you're on a massage table.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MANI / PEDI Truly horrible experience - let me list the issues:Bucket used for foot soakUse of non sterilized equipment-came out of a hand sewn envelope looking thing (I should have left at this point)No under nail cleaning doneNo cream used with pumice scrub - lasted 10 sec each footManicure done in same chair -awkward feelingSame equipment used in pedicure was used for manicure with no cleaning in between(why didn't I run at his point?)Old clear polish NOT REMOVEDCuticles cut to the quick - three fingers are 'weeping'No under nail cleaning doneMassage of maybe 12 sec per limbWhispered conversation of 10 min in non English language took place in front of me while pedicure being doneWhen paying, I felt I should not pay the full $45 price due to being cut on 3 fingers. They told me my skin was dry - not their fault. I did pay $40 in the end...and I am warning others to be smarter than I on this service

My husband bought me a groupon for the 60 minute foot reflexology. I called 5 days before to book my appointment. When I got there, they thought my appointment was later so I had to wait 20 minutes. The treatment to me felt like torture and I was counting the minutes till it was over. If you like a really hard massage on your feet, then get this treatment. I had to ask the girl to go lighter and it still hurt. They charged me another $5 on top of the groupon (for the tax), which is more than 13%! The place is a little grungy too. I won't be going back.

I have visited my fair share of spas with various therapists and appreciate technique preferences can be subjective. I had booked a 60 minute reflexology session and arrived early. I waited 10min before they brought in the hot water soak and soaked for about 10 min. When the massage finally began it was extremely painful. I had expressed my discomfort but the technique and pressure did not change. There was constant conversation between the therapists which was loud and disruptive. The session lasted about 45 min, about 25 min was actual massage time of a 60min booking. I expressed the shortened time at check out and the response was 'uhh its ok.' With the sub-par experience I wasn't going to make a fuss about the shortage.

Burlington location.I recently had a reflexology treatment.Horrible. The lady was brutal! I do not believe that she knew what she was doing. My shins were sore and bruised for over one week.I have had this type of treatment at other places, with no issues. After the brutal treatment, I was asked for tax.. $5.00... I paid $32.00 for the treatment... you do the math.. she did not ring it in the cash register. Hmmm?Very disappointing!

I’m so sorry to say I won’t be returning and will probably never try another foot massage anywhere again. The people are very friendly, but the massage was extremely aggressive. I asked for less pressure and should have stopped her altogether, so that’s on me that I didn’t advocate for myself better. Seriously - much of what I’m about to say could have been avoided has I spoken up more. But there was SO much pressure applied to spider veins that hours later I’m in pain with tingling sensations. I’m hoping that won’t last or cause more problems. I also had a bone bruise I asked her to avoid, but the masseuse kept attempting to massage the area. I just don’t know that there’s much finesse or knowledge about how to properly do reflexology. So while I’m ultimately to blame for not asking her to stop, I’m not sure they know what they’re really doing. The experience was painful enough that I felt warning others may be needed. Lovely people, but I must advise against visiting them.Update: It’s been a few weeks now, and the area (while not as painful as when I wrote the review) is still tender. The spider veins have darkened. I’m disheartened that one Google search taught me something the person massaging my leg should have known. Never apply intense pressure to spider veins. I highly recommend finding another option, and learn from me! If you’re not 100% sure what they’re doing is the right thing, don’t assume they know 100% either.
