Carl really helped me out today when our water ran out this morning! And at a great price too

Terrible experience with the owner, I asking him last week on Tuesday if he can please feel my pool when I need it I will pay extra, he said yes he asked me for a favor to get is check before the date and I did for him....today he came and he was so rude on me he told me that he will not put any water to my pool, that he as so much client he doesn't need us ....very disrespectfuli can't believe it this guy he has two different personality in the beginning he was nice and then he transformed me him self to a monster, very scary ... today left us with no water and he told me I don't want to deliver the water for you... go find somebody else. We asked him can you please give us some time to find somebody and he say no I don't care and if you sue me you don't have any proof. Be careful with this guy he's not a trustable person I don't recommend this company to nobody. .

I had a house full of visiting family members and unexpectedly ran out of water Monday at 3:30pm. I called Carl from Outskirts and he had my cistern filled before 4pm. Unbelievable.Outskirts Water Delivery is faster than the pizza guy.

Excellent customer service. We ran out of water unexpectedly on a Friday and it was the long weekend. We usually get water from Smits Delivery and I called them at 3pm begging them to do it the same day or the next day. They completely declined and were not even apologizing. After googling I found Outskirts Water Delivery and told the owner about my situation...He was at my house within the hour !!! Very professional and also a super nice guy. Really happy to give our continue business to Outskirts Water Delivery!
