I stopped by the drive thru the other day. I do realize it was quite busy however I feel like the Tim Hortons food quality dropped so much over the Years. I asked for a Sausage farmers wrap extra sauce and was served a half open wrap with egg, hash brown and sausage all piled up at the bottom. It legit looked like it was made by someone with no hands and then thrown across the kitchen. I don’t even understand how a wrap can look that bad.I worked in fast food as a teenager, and it took me an extra 2 seconds to nicely wrap the food and hand out quality service. Would be nice if Tim Hortons could teach that, as it is frustrating paying $8 for a wrap that looks like it went through a blender.This does seem to happens regularly at different tim hortons so I stopped grabbing food whatsoever.

This tim Hortons is at pretty busiest place. This place is always crowded with people. Long wait times, smaller place compared to the foot falls this place has. Apart from this everything is good about this one. Staff is so kind and humble. Self serve kiosk are not working

I come here for my breakfast on my way to school and the employee Myra is one of the nicest people I’ve met! Her customer service skills are amazing!!

I hate fast food restaurants. Cheap quality food which is fairly unhealthy and the employers treat the staff like slaves but they like to make you think they're giving you opportunity.

Honestly the customer service from this Tim’s is horrible. There are older ladies, especially this white older lady with glasses whom is so rude and thinks she knows it all. I simply asked for ketchup with my item today and she yelled at me in front of others that I should have told her early, there’s nice ways to speak maybe teach that Karen how to speak properly or send her into her pension plan.Before I she took my order the customer before simply asked her if they had milk or sold separately she just needed some for her baby and Karen was being so Mean ; we don’t have that I’ll have to charge you etc etc. Let her go retire , they always have an issue at this location

So I work in the mall at Hudson Bay oshawa centre, this is a Tim’s I visit on a regular basis. I had noticed I was double charged one day for my food. I didn’t realize till a few days later. When I spoke to the manager she was very sorry on what happened. She immediately pulled me aside and told me she would take care of me. She covered my order and gave me a beverage of my choice free of charge. I was so thankful for her customer service. The whole team here at this location deserves a raise and recognition for there hard work. They are one of the high traffic locations and everyday they smile and give great service. Way to go team Tim Hortons oshawa centre keep up the fabulous job

Today I went with my daughter. She is an autistic teenager. She went up to tell the staff there was no toilet paper in ladies washroom. They totally ignored her. I asked to speak to a manager and that wasn't important as well. I didn't know that Tim Hortons wasn't inclusive to people with disabilities. I was proud of her for doing this on her own. Just be be shot down by rude employees. Dana loves Tim Hortons she could probably promote your business. This was sn awful experience for us. Tim Hortons you hurt us today.

Service at this location is phenomenal. Great staff always ready to serve you with a smile. There is a closer location to my house, but i still drive the extra distance to get my order at this location.

I'm a supervisor at a nearby tim hortons, so Im generally very understanding when it comes to workers learning & being trained, the issue with being understaffed, and I understand the feeling of juggling multiple tasks at once. However this location seems to not even try to pick up their speed. There's a genuine lack of care (and yes I understand it's minimum wage)The staff seem to have an attitude majority of the time, the line gets served ridiculously slow. I've left the line before because the wait isn't worth it. The showcase is empty when you come in the afternoon, and the dining area is always dirty. I think there needs to be more staff provided at this location, and a stronger baker that can keep up with the showcase. I could go on and on but I know this review will make no difference in the store.
