We've had Allegiance 1 Security do a nightly patrol and gate lock-up for at least a couple years now and as the office person I've been very pleased with their service. Their dispatch/communications person Amanda is very responsive and friendly, and I receive detailed incident reports via email the next morning from their patrol people whenever even the smallest thing about the property (like the gate lock being frozen) was not as it should've been on their nightly patrol. Shows a great attention to detail and care for the property.

Allegiance 1 Security & Training Academy
We operate a large campus of care in Abbotsford. We made the switch to Allegiance 1 in March of 2020 and they have been excellent. Along with scheduled daily security rounds we also call apon Allegiance 1 for guard detail during this pandemic. They always take the call and are flexible with any time we need them. We also get emailed incident reports from the night security rounds. They are an EXCELLENT company to work with!

I have had the pleasure of working with Allegiance 1 for several years. They negotiate services fairly, address issues as they arise, and have a few really strong employees that stand out in their field. Their reporting is at industry standard (automated), which cannot be said of many competitors. What truly sets them apart though, is their strong community knowledge. Take a stroll with Len and you will be amazed at the complexity of the policing arrangements in Chilliwack.

Allegiance don't bother any of the homeless people around Tzeachten reserve, but I sure do see Allegiance speeding all around just to race up to one kid who use to exercise out in the baseball field almost daily. Just that kid alone & they tell him he can't be out in the sportsfield. They yelled at him saying they are going to write him up. Very unnecessary behavior from Allegiance security, what if they end up hitting someone speeding through housing developments so quickly? There are locals who have security camera footage of one of them speeding at least 30mph+ through a narrow housing lot driveway.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to one of your Guards. In reviewing some overnight footage recently at the Evans Road roundabout we saw your guard help a person out that was clearly in distress and had decided to sit, between lanes in the roundabout. While others drove by your Guard stopped, ensured nobody would hit him & eventually talked him off the road before something worse happened. Thank you!

Since hiring Allegiance 1 Security, we have felt much safer. The incidents of vandalism have ceased altogether. Whenever there is an interaction between the security guard and someone hanging around on the property, it has been documented, with the steps taken to remove that individual and reported to us in a timely way. Most often, the individual moves on of their own volition. We are very appreciative of these folks keeping our property under their watchful eyes.

Honestly today I have such a bad experience…I was called for interview today but due to my personal issues I won’t able to make it there…the lady called me and start talking about why I didn’t came ..I told her my issues and she was really rude to meI mean like if you don’t wanna hire me however I know that’s my mistake but still that’s not the way to talk to someone…just speak politely..I heard many good things about the company but that’s not the way you talk to your candidates. Learn the way even if you don’t want to hire someone.
