Very disappointed !! The cake did not look like the picture. The cake was very dry and bland. Not worth the expensive price. Won’t order again.

I decided to stop by for my birthday, I saw the reviews and pictures and was very excited to try these cupcakes. Got 6 different flavours, not one of them was eaten fully. We ate them within an hour of picking up and they were SO dry and essentially inedible. The flavours were not very present, it’s the same cake base for all cupcakes but different toppings, and the cake was bland and dry. Barely any filling in the few that had fillings. The cupcakes are beautiful, but not good. I would not go back here for any occasion.

I ordered this cake for my cousins birthday and it was one of the best cakes I have ever had. It was a huge hit at the party and there were no leftovers. The owner and his staff were super helpful and very friendly. Thank you so much Windsor Cake Emporium!!

Had a cake made for a friends 30th birthday and it was AMAZING. You could tell by looking at the cake that hard work and time was spent. My friend was absolutely thrilled and everyone enjoyed a big piece of this magical looking cake. It was moist and the buttercream frosting was perfect. Thank you again!

A wonderful local bakery! The owners provided me with a free cooking decorating kit when they were not satisfied with my Christmas cookie order (due to a decorating error that was out of their control). They are so sweet & thoughtful of their customers - I'll definitely be back again to make another order soon!

I purchased a cake here for my parents anniversary and I was very disappointed. The frosting tastes like Crisco or butter (very hard) and the cake was not moist at all. I remember now that my parents bought the same cake for my shower and it was the same. It looked nice but it didn’t taste good.

I purchased a cake for my mom's birthday recently. My mom thought it looked beautiful, but honestly it did not taste that great. I even gave the lady a tip for the cake hoping it would be both beautiful and tasty. However, no such luck.

I ordered a cake for a relatives birthday, just a simple Black Forest cake. The cake was incredibly dry and the icing was so bland. This was a really disappointing experience especially for the price that was paid. I will certainly not be a repeat customer of this establishment.

We ordered some cakes, teas, and a variety of deserts for my bridal shower, and we were so impressed that we got our wedding cake from them! Everyone loved the deserts! The vegan matcha cake was the best cake I’ve ever had! Thank you so much!
