Nice staff very helpful . Abit dirty on the outside of the building but has public washrooms and you can use your Petro points with your 711 account and get double the points for gas and anything in the store. I'm a points collector so i enjoy coming here for all my convenience needs.

Just went through the car wash. Paid $13.99 for a Full Wash".My truck came out almost the same way it went in. The truck was not that dirty. I called and spoke with a manger

What a great place to stop for delicious snack foods, hot foods to go and all kinds of merchandise with really friendly staff on board! Way to go Sev!!

The man working there was so rude. He was mumbling every time he spoke so I could barely hear him. I asked for 3 taquitos in the cream cheese/jalapeño flavour and he said they didn’t have it, and that they haven’t had it in weeks. So I told him how about the buffalo chicken flavour instead . He told me they weren’t ready yet so I said that’s ok I can wait. And I guess he must’ve mumbled saying it was going to be 20 minutes and just didn’t ring them up at all. So as I am standing there waiting for the taquitos he comes over to me and says “I told you twice it’s going to be a wait and I don’t think you heard me”. And I said “yes I know I said I would wait”. His response was “it’s a 20 minute wait”. I would’ve waited the 20 minutes or even picked another flavour if I knew he wasn’t going to give me any at all. If he wasn’t so rude I would’ve just ordered after the fact. Won’t be returning back here.

Last year I did not have a good review about this store but coming back in recently I had noticed there is new staff and management other than a few others from last year I have to say the staff was very nice very attentive to serving myself and other customers the store is well stocked and organized.

I was just in there, and noticed the staff were very kind to eachother and helpful. I thought it was great to see in the middle of rush hour. Always friendly to me everytime I visit!

Before leaving my house I searched Google for places that were open 24 hours and this 7-11 came up. I went here at about 11:45pm on April 3rd, all of the lights were on, but the doors were locked. It looked like you were able to get gas, but the store itself was closed to customers. Not truly 24 hours.

Terrible customer service. My partner saw that that they have a policy that if they don’t ask you if you want a car wash when you pay for gas, then they will give you one free. My partner asked if they were still doing this and the guy at the counter told him he had already asked (he hadn’t). The dumb thing is we came for the car wash and probably would’ve paid for it anyways if the guy hadn’t been so rude and immediately told my partner to “get out of here”. My partner even called the manager to check about the policy and he basically said it wasn’t his problem and clearly didn’t care about the terrible customer service. Seeing the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t get the car wash and we will never be back. My recommendation: Go literally anywhere else for your gas station needs.
