I paid my balance weeks before it was due. You guys charged me twice, for the same amount and hit my bank within NSF fee, due to your systems error. This happened the following month again. After I called out and sorted everything. You won't even cover the NSF fees that YOU and your glitchy app caused. You lost a 15 year customer over this. I will be returning my device tomorrow.

My worst service experience ever.first I paid $500 as deposit for internet and TV, then they failed the installation appointment and I have to wait another week to get a technician visit. Now the technician found a fiber issue that cant fixed. And now I have to continue waiting for undefined time. Just to get Internet is taking 3wks and no visibility when will be installed.One Start is a high qualification for this review considering the terrible experience.

Tim and Leon were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my phone purchase. Updating our policy and transferring data from my old phone to my new one. Service was excellent and took very time. I would highly recommend the Bell store at McAllister Place for your mobility needs.
