The owner does good quality work, but he doesn't keep regular hours and your shoes may not be ready when he says they will. After initially dropping off two pairs of shoes, I had to come back three times: Oh sorry

I took my faux snake skin boots that had a broken zipper into this man at noon yesterday and he calls me today at noon saying they were done !!!!! amazing quick fix that was professionally done and for such an amazing price. I would 100% go to him again im so happy with the results these boots are cheap from zara and he made the one broken zipper stronger than the original zipper. VERY HAPPY, this man should be your new go to shoe guy !!!!!

Terrible customer service/attitude and bad vibes! I took my shoes there for repair but didn't leave them there. The owner is very rude!

Fantastic service, and the only TRUE leatherworker/cobbler in downtown Victoria. You simply can't go wrong bringing your shoes or leather here.

Do not ever use this “service”! Such places must come with a warning sign. They are extremely rude, disorganized and do low-quality work. I wonder why such people are still in business.About a month ago, my husband took five pairs of my shoes to that place. The owner did not write a list of the shoes he took. The repair that he did was bad quality, and he just returned one pair of slightly scratched boots saying that he could not do anything about them.One sandal strip that he was supposed to glue in place came off three days later.He did not return one pair of 75-dollars shoes, and when my husband came a couple of days later asking for them, the owner said that we never gave such shoes to him! After a day of search, he managed to find the shoes (repair was not done) and told that he would call us when the shoes are ready. He never did.Toda, on Aug 25, 2022, when my husband came there again, the owner said that he had forgotten our phone number, so he did not phone. The shoes were repaired badly.When my husband asked to stitch the sandal strip into place, the owner said, “I know my own work. I newer did any work on this sandal. I do not care what your wife told you. I am extremely insulted, just go home!” And he kicked my husband out of the shop.I am very surprised and upset that a Canadian small business operate in such way.
