Reid Heating and Cooling 'Premier Lennox Dealer '

We have used Reid Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. Overall they have been outstanding. Recently our 23 year old furnace failed. We received prompt, friendly and knowledgeable advice and we decided to go ahead and replace the furnace . We were able to make a informed decision on a specific model. The installation team were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all of our questions and comply with any reasonable particular requests we had such as furnace filter size, thermostat and venting options. Before the team's departure, they made sure to explain all the functions and expectation of the new unit and left the working area immaculate! The installation itself, though a retrofit from an older model was done flawlessly. We have noted this in other installation they have done us. The installation was neat and configured, definitely professionally done! Of course we LUV our new furnace, so much quieter than the old one. Thank you for a job well done!Russ and Caroline

So...Reid put in my furnace and a/c a few years ago. We have the service plan. Great price and service. Good people but my furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year yesterday so I called the emergency service line. Spoke to a tech who asked me to read the error code. He then sent out Mina the other tech with the part. I called at 722pm and the tech was done by 820 pm. Honestly...above and beyond!! Thank you!!

The team was efficient, friendly and did a great job. Our AC was originally installed years ago by HSG and the maintenance from them has been top notch. Highly recommend them.

The company responded very quickly to my furnace failure. Diagnosed problem and explained clearly (thanks Celeste), provided quick and clear options the next day (thanks Marc) and installed a new furnace the next day (thanks Adam and Celeste). I cannot imagine any better service. Adam was especially appreciated as he explained everything very well and I felt very happy that I had made the right choices for company and equipment. We have used Reid Home Service Group for a number of different services. Yearly furnace inspection and service, garage heater installation, carpet cleaning, business alarm monitoring and today they installed a new hot water tank.We woke up to no hot water in our aged-out heater and when I called Direct Energy it was nothing but a hassle. I called Carlo at Reid, I spoke to a human in seconds and their answer was, we can have a new water tank there today at 1". They arrived on time and were in and out in no time. They took the time to lay down a carpet for them to walk on in an effort to protect our floors and cleaned up after themselves. They even hauled the old heater out from the basement and left it in the garage for Direct Energy to pick up later this week.Recommend."

We needed to replace our 22 year old gas furnace and 38 year old heat recovery ventilator and got a number of quotes. The quote from Reid Heating and Cooling was the best quote overall, with very competitive pricing and the very best Lennox equipment that would address many of the HVAC and comfort issues we have endured in our home in the past 22 years. The office staff took care of everything very efficiently and easily. The technicians performing the install were polite, professional and knowledgeable, answered all the questions we had and left our furnace room and home cleaner than when they arrived. Post installation this summer and our home is a different and much more comfortable home. No more summertime hot upstairs and chilly downstairs when operating the a/c. We no longer need to use portable hepa filter units to keep down pet dust. I am confident that winter will be just as good. I am extremely happy and highly recommend Reid Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC needs. You can always find cheaper, but you certainly won't find better than Reid Heating and Cooling.

The service was excellent and highly professional. I have used this company many times to clean my furnace and recommend them highly. Today, they also installed a new gas hot water heater. They took the time to explain how it works and how to adjust the heat level. I will definitely keep using this Ottawa based company.

He came to install a new security system. He was absolutely the best. He explained everything in detail and walked us through the application after it was installed.
