My wife and I have had two very negative experiences with Samantha who treats us with disdain and disrespect. There is no way we would ever frequent this location again. She should be dismissed.

Terrible customer service from blonde, tall one working on December 9 morning. This is the second time she was very cold and acting anxious when I asked about products in store. I totally get it, we need to keep our distance now, I was wearing a mask but the store is tiny and not much room to move around. She had a terrified look on her face, like if she was working at an emergency room. I feel pressured and rush to buy, never coming back to this location.

Just went to this store today to buy some gifts. The store associate got impatient when I tried to switch a gift box with another(as the paper look crumpled ) while we were paying. She commented in a very rude way that I don't understand they are all the same!" with a unpleasant look on her face. We were falling short of $6 amount to get the gift on $160 spend - She didn't even prompt us for that. I had to ask her specifically and then she replied. Not walking into the Lakeshore location again. Will shop at other store."

Disrespectful staff there. We just moved in Oakville and tryed first time last month the store. Both girls very rude. I tought maybe they had a bad day, it happends. Then i was again yesterday. Same situation, they are very rude and not helpfull at all. Very dissapointed and both times i spend over 200$ there…

Very bad customer service, the ladies working there are shouting and answering in a very rude way. I have been there on Dec 10 and 26 2021and I met two different ladies with the same attitude. I will not go to this shop again!

L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
Just popped in now to get a gift card for my son's teacher as I don't know what products she likes.Was told that the company is having a north American wide problem with issuing gift cards. Assistant was not forthcoming with info. I asked so when will it be resolved ...response - they don't know and apparently they don't issue a lot of gift cards! Wow very bad for business all around!Quite unbelievable actually...oh well, their loss.
