Amazing store! I came here looking for a toolkit and a power strip, and got what I needed. Contrary to a couple other reviews, this store has much more stock than the local Canada computers and Best Buy combined. Shoutout to Jamie and another staff member (I unfortunately did not get his name) for helping me and giving me advice for my overheating GPU. Definitely will visit there again, if only they could open up one of these in northern Ontario, as this location is about an hour up north from my home.

Excellent customer service from the time I was first received in your store (by Maxim) to the in-home service (with Daniel)! All communications were prompt & courteous! Daniel did a great job setting-up my computer & printer/scanner! He was patient & efficient and gave clear instructions! I also appreciate the follow-up with suggestions for items I could add to make my system work more effectively. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with my experience! Thank-you!

Absolutely amazing! Had a build ready with Canada computers but decided to check out Memory Express, team was much more knowledgeable and saved me $200 on my build! Extremely wide selection including brands that I thought were just straight up not available in Canada. Shout out to Johnny for making my day and my build!!

Amazing Staff, very helpful. I bought a CPU Fan which was defective they were very helpful in testing it and then exchanging it. Highly recommend this store.Update: I had to go back to the store the next day as 2nd CPU Fan was defective and from the time I entered the store to the time I left, everyone I interacted at the store were courteous and helpful. Especially Conrad, Assistant Manager helped me from the beginning till the end. This is kind of service and helpfulness you miss online and why you need a physical store. Kudos to everyone at Etobicoke location of Memory Express. I will definitely be coming back to this location and even if an item is available else where my first preference will be this store.

This place is simply, just better.Better than all other major electronics retailers. Better stock, better prices (with a price match/10% undercut policy), and most importantly, better employees and customer support.The employees know what they're doing moreso than any other retailer. They're knowledgeable and can help find products in whatever category you're looking for. I was assisted in finding a keyboard, as well as fixing my custom pc when I ran into issues with it. Reliable service and pricing was fair (using replacement parts from stock, at stock prices).If you're in the area, and you need something computer related, there's no better option than Memory Express at the time of writing this review (Apr 2023).

Went here to get a custom pc built by them and they were very knowledgeable about what I wanted and even helped me through any potential build issues. They tested the system before giving it to me and all for a good price too. 100% a great experience and would recommend to anyone who wants a custom build handled by experienced staff

This is your one stop shop to all your computing needs.Computer parts, peripherals, and services; They have it all!If you’ve never been to a Memory Express for your computer or service shopping needs. I highly recommend you go in and visit for an unforgettable experience. The staff are very friendly, professional and always a pleasure to deal with.Also… they have unicorns. (GPU’s exists here!!!!!!!)

First of all, thank you Jamie and Daniel for your incredible kindness. although Computer components are expensive, it is very rare to see them in person. Fortunately, they opened a number of boxes to show me the components and I was very happy to find the components I like. Although I annoyed them with a bunch of questions, they all answered all of my questions with kindness. If you plan to build a computer yourself, I highly recommend visiting this place over other stores.
