received a quote to have power windows installed in a 2006 GMC Savanna van. I called for the quote to confirm that it could be done and the cost before I had my customer drive from over 3 hours away to purchase the van. After the deal was done I called and booked the appointment to have the power windows installed on Jan 30th, 2019. That morning I received a call from Mass to confirm the quote. They then told me that they couldn't do it for that price as that must have been the cost for one window not 2. I told them that they should honor their quote but regardless just get it installed as my client is wanting to pick up the van and I will pay what ever the bill is. They said ok however no installer showed up. I called the morning of the 31st to ask what happened and I was put on hold for approx. 5 to 10 min to have the person come back on the line and say that they have had issues with the parts and that his manager was no longer willing to even install the part. This is all over the fact that Mass messed up on the quote and they wanted out of it. I asked the person on the phone to have the manager call me. I was told his name is Mike and he would pass on the information to have him call me. Still no call. Not surprised as I was told that its under new management and that is what it was blamed on. Absolutely horrible customer service and as a dealer I will never use Mass again and I have used there services for nearly the 20 years I have been in the business. Very disappointing to say the least. BEWARE DEALERS there are better more reliable options out there.

My wife was getting an upgrade to her stereo/nav system - specifically requesting the ability to do Android Auto - for a new vehicle via Kingston Hyundai, and apparently these guys were contracted to do it.We got the vehicle with the unit installed, but the unit couldn't do Android Auto; it kept saying the vehicle wasn't in park regardless of it being in park, emergency brake on, in aux, running, whatever. We contacted Kingston Hyundai and they put us in touch with MASS.I should have called instead of my wife, but I had to work. Instead of being remotely interested in my wife's opinion (which was essentially my" opinion as my wife considers me the "techy" one of the two of us)

I had an issue with the Kenwood eXcelon that I had the dealer put in my 2018 Nissan Qashqai; I kept getting a tone" sound that was most annoying at infrequent intervals while driving which could not be replicated by their service department. I was able to make a sound clip of the sound and email it to MASS. Special thanks to Andrew Morton and Ryan for their kind assistance! Andrew

Never ever use this company. They don’t support any issues regarding the installation of a product. Staff very rude and not very helpful. I purchased a$1000.00 audio unit had it installed by one of their installers who came directly to my house (because of COVID) last August 2020 now the unit is not working. All fuses are ok and the unit is getting power. I called Mass to explain this and they said there is nothing they can do for me. I am a senior on a fixed income and what I paid for this unit did me in. I am now at my wits end not knowing where to go from here. Please DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Once they get your money you do not get good customer service. My service advisor at the dealer also called them and got the same response and hung up on her as they did with me."

Worst customer service ever experienced. Mass installed a seat heater in our truck through a Ford Dealer in Kingston, ON. The device developed excessive heat and burned through the seat and through my partner's clothing. After contacting Mass (we're still within warranty) they actually told me, I'm lying and that we burned a whole with a cigarette in the seat.We took the truck to our Ford Dealer (not in ON) and they confirmed that it is in fact a faulty seat heater, they contacted Mass to inform them about it and Mass won't believe what the FORD DEALER says. Apparently they now try to find another shop where we should go to have it inspected. Also, they're saying that because we're no longer in ON it's not their problem anymore.Not only is it not functioning, it is also a safety hazard.We will inform Ford in ON about this experience and hopefully they will reconsidered their relationship with Mass.Update: after talking to the manager of Ford in Kingston they agreed to send a replacement heater, however we had to pay for installation ourselves. Very disappointed contacted them as they are a iData remote start dealer! (IData had directed me to them!)Was told that they will not sell me a T harness that I require for install(that their manager isn’t comfortable selling them even though I am a class A mechanic with more skill set then them!)and that if I wanted it, I would have to pay for their install also!Felt very backed into a corner and taken advantage of have watched a formal complaint with iData also!Watch out pretty shady!!!

Just saw one of their van drivers going 90km/hr in a 50 zone. Clearly would never want to use their services if they can't even follow the rules of the road.
