Had a water leak from my dishwasher that caused my basement ceiling to hang with pooling water. I didn't know the cause at the time because I don't even use that dishwasher. Called these guys and a tech named Ravi came by to help find the cause. Paid a flat fee, and the fee didn't magically jump after he was done. Super helpful and knowledgeable guy!

He was responsive, and quoted me a reasonable price for the work that needed to get done. He came and assessed what needed to get done so he could correctly plan his work.
