I think it is very expensive for me, considering I only put out 1 container every 2 weeks. But they are always around the same time and do a good job. It's just pricey!!

No curbside recycling in Portage Township and paying $4 or $4.50/vehicle is backwards. We pay for the landfills through our taxes, and they fill up faster when there's no curbside. My garage is half full of stuff to take to recycling. I have a small car so the cost is quite high for one trip.

I wish we had a choice of other companies sounds like a monopoly but there are so many of these kind of companies in this area I guess that why people are leaving the up very disappointed customer I don't feel like a customer

I think that if you have to pay to recycle paper, plastic, etc., is the perfect excuse to discourage people to do it. It should be free.

Do your drivers have a habit of cutting people off in traffic? I was a 1/3 of the way past one of your drivers and they decided they wanted my lane instead, forcing me to slam on my brakes. I honked and he had the nerve to flip my off. What a professional. I got the plate number and truck number and will he reporting him. Oh yeah, and he's on dashcam too!!!

Staff is good, facility is well maintained, and single stream is convenient. However, the hours of operation are terrible. They’re only open in the middle of the work day, 9-3, and have no weekend hours at all, which is absurd. They are sometimes open on Thursday until 7, but that is less than ideal. The cost is now $5 and that‘s expensive, so we wait until we have a huge amount of recycling to take. This is not convenient and it discourages people from even bothering to recycle. I understand the logistics of providing this service in our very rural and isolated area, but this facility’s hours aren’t helping at all and the cost is discouraging.

I wish I didn't have to pay for recycling :( At least it's single stream and I can bring as big of a truckload as I want for the $4 fee!

Great place to drop off garbage if you don't work during the day or can swing by on your lunch break, but since trash pickup is only until 3PM and is closed on Saturdays, you'll have to plan on that or find another place to put it. Minimum weight is pretty high for trash, but you can pay per bag instead. Another bummer is that you have to pay to recycle. I know that this location is far from WM recycling, but the area needs more recycling solutions, and having to pay to recycle is a significant deterrent.
