I wish there was more than 5 stars you want to talk about amazing customer service.. this place is in a league of there own. I went in to have my car looked over being in a bad place financially they did everything they could to try and take care of my needs… Jody (hope that’s the right spelling) is the beautiful woman at the front desk who went above and beyond for me.. I was having the toughest day and her kind manner and willingness to help me even offering to jump my car was seriously more than I could have imagined. If you want to take your vehicle to a place with excellent customer service and a will to actually help customers this is the place. I will recommend this place to anyone needing mechanical work done. You guys are amazing thank you from the bottom of my heart. Brooke

I wish I could give less then a star.. anyways I have been there on 23 rd November so, I asked for some repair to be done in my car .. so I went there I left my car and went home .. in evening I collected my car because it’s was costing a lot for me to fix so I said I will take it back .When I deposited my car there for inspection I had some regular stuff in my car like coins , lighter , baseball bat , traveling pillow , golf stick etc so couple items got missing . Next morning i called and ask for the things because I do security I use those things every night and I never take them out of my car like never .So next they I called the store and ask politely I got these items misplaced may be u guys were checking my car left it outside or forget to put it back . So I called them and went there , then after standing 20 mins waiting for manager to come and talk . Then finally I got lucky and got chance to talk to manager . Instead of being nice he was rude aggressive and very unprofessional person talking rudely to me and saying that oh u accusing us for this that and not accepting their fault . I know it is not big thing and I didn’t wanted money or any type of compensation but being a human he could be nice and say I double checked we don’t hv it here . But no he started almost yelling at me and behaved really bad with me in front of all his staff I felt bad and disappointment with the customer service .Unprofessional place to fix ur car .Red card

Auto place has been nothing short of amazing. I had an out of province inspection done by them. Some things were wrong they helped me find the right parts at discounted rates, and guided me with the entire process of getting my car safely on road. Their staff were super friendly and helpful. With their guidance and experience I was able to get my inspection approved and get my car registered. 1000 percent recommended.

Terrible experience Tyler up front said no problem to get my air cond up and running,Neil the tech was asked to change compresser rear line gaskets said he did ,he did not have old gaskets in hand,air died within a day freon leaked out 2nd attempt said it was fixed got in truck not working again,would not refund my 232.00 dollars took it to friends motors replaced the supposedly new gaskets air working perfectly within an hour,beware of autoplace,waist of time and money bad people

Feburary 10,2023 I bring my car to have an out of province inspection at Auto Place. They said one of the things needed to pass inspection was to replace my windshield and provided a quote. I booked my car in with them to replace my windshield Feburary 14,2023 at 9am and received it back at 1:30 pm. While paying they let me know that they could not calibrate the camera on my windshield and took $100 off for the calibration fee. When I entered my car I noticed two new lights on the dash that had not been there prior FCW and LDW. I call the Honda dealership in Kelowna immediately and let them know what’s going on ( I drive a honda) they said to go back in and make sure the correct windshield was used. Now when I go back in the story changes from not being able to calibrate my camera to my camera is broken. Autoplace said for all I know it could’ve broke when I parked it in the parking lot. They offer no help but informed me masterglass down the road did my windshield and they ran the codes before and after replacing my windshield. When I call masterglass they told me that they replaced my windshield then the codes came up. I drove 8hours from Calgary to kelowna prior to this and knew that my camera was working. I called Honda again and they had my car in the next day (Feb 15 and 16) Jeff at harmony honda in Kelowna said the cameras rarely break and he’s only seen one repaired in his time working at honda. Inevitably honda calls and says the camera is broken and the repair is $1600 to fix the camera. Auto place offered a free reinspection but took no fault for this although the story between master glass and auto place never lined up and I know my camera worked prior to the windshield replacement. Now a windshield repair as well as the camera has resulted in nearly $2000 worth of work. They were also very rude when we came back to discuss how my camera wasn’t broken until they did my windshield and i believe the owner whatever his name is said ‘I’m literally losing brain cells talking to you guys’ well he was talking to me and 2 red seal heavy duty mechanics about this whole situation. If I could give negative stars I would. I reported them to better business bureau and they never responded. I’ve given them more than enough time to try to make this right and they choose not to. Avoid this place!

I've been going to Autoplace for 5+ years now. Not only are they actually honest about the work needed, they will work with you to plan your repairs if money is tight. I've always received top notch service, they take the time to explain the repairs to me in layman's terms and the prices cannot be beat. 10/10 reccomend

I've been pleased with this mechanic for a couple years now. With my last couple visits, they lost my trust and they lost my business.At 1st they took time to explain things and go over what's necessary, what's not, what can wait etc. Last few times I've come here for regular servicing, someone has always tried to sell me something extra.Wiper blades when mine are perfectly fine, tire balancing" when it was already included in the tire changeover (effectively double charging me)

I went there in September 2022 to get my water pump changed, during that time they replaced the water pump and did a few extra things all fine, but the coolant they put in was only good to -12. In December all the coolant in my system froze and I had to bring my car back to them to fix that.Now, in June 2023, my water pump started to leak again. Not sure if it's related to the coolant freezing, or if the water pump they put it originally was faulty, or just something unrelated entirely... but they fixed it free of charge which was nice. On the fence about if I'd go back for other things now but they are always friendly and able to get cars in quickly.

I have been taking my vehicles to AutoPlace for a little over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. Every time I am grateful that they take the time to explain everything to me thoroughly, never start repairs before speaking to me first, and overall seems to employ very competent and genuine individuals. This is the only place I go for my vehicle maintenance and repairs. I recommend others do the same.
