Northstar Bicycle YYC

My experience with Northstar is accompanied my friend in purchasing a new e-bike. Dorian Wegener was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he is a very nice man and very informative about e-bikes. He set my friend up with the right bike and fitted it to her size ie peddles and handlebars. She was even able to take it for a test ride in the parking lot before she paid for it.I highly recommend this place “Dorian Wegener”.

Recently my husband and I both purchased E-bikes from Dorian. Although we had done some research about the bikes, Dorian was a wealth of information and helped us determine exactly what bike was best suited for us. As well, we did look at a number of different bikes, at various bike shops, but we came back to see Dorian without hesitation. He made a point of getting to know what we needed for our bike riding in terms of the style and model of the bike. His patience was endless, as we had many questions over the course of the purchase and later as we learned about our bike’s operation. We have been out a number of times to enjoy our bikes. We feel this bike riding season will be more pleasurable with an E bike, as we can go for longer distances and enjoy the ride, even when encountering hills. We feel confident that any issues we should encounter will be addressed by Dorian. He made our bike purchase experience very comfortable and personal. We would definitely recommend this bike shop and Dorian, as your go to bike specialist. Thank you Dorian for all your assistance.

Amazing service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Went to 5 other bike shops in the city and they were the best. Great selection. I wanted to write to thank everyone at Northstar Bicycle YYC and especially Brett for all the help in my new Ebike Niner purchase. I Don't live in Alberta, but I will say there was allot of writing back and forth between Brett and I to make sure I had everything that I would like on the bike and make sure it fits. Brett made sure everything was going to be an exact fit and even made suggestions on parts, so I didn't have to buy more expensive parts than I needed. Brett made sure I had all information for my shipping and delivery to my front door in Toronto (Oakville) and I just opened the box, and the bike looks amazing, much more than I would have even thought. Thank you Northstar Bicycle YYC Brett and the team were the best and will be buying any further bikes from Northstar. I was recently shopping around for a solid e-mtb, went to a couple places and finally ended up at Northstar Bicycle through a friends recommendation. Spoke to Dorian about which e-bike would be suitable for me, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answered all the questions I had, explained things that I didn’t even remember to ask about. I ended up purchasing a Bulls Copperhead Evo AM1 from him and have been extremely satisfied.Customer service in the store is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for a bike/accessories or have questions in general.

Went on a whim to see what the hype was about E-Bikes and visited Dorian at the South location. Dorian with his vast knowledge happily took me out for a nice demo ride to Fish Creek and i was instantly hooked!! I couldn't stop thinking about the experience so i decided to return that day and buy a bike. It brought happiness I long forgot since i was a kid. Thanks for your great help and awesome experience! I came to the store looking for some gear for an endurance gravel race this summer. The guys at the shop were super friendly and helpful, helping me with what I thought I needed, but also educating me on what I actually needed. Gavin in particular really helped me out. Good bike shops are more than just a store where you buy stuff, and I definitely felt that way here. More people need to find out about this store because it is currently a bit of a hidden gem!

I have never experienced better customer service in my life! Dorian helped my partner and I find the perfect eBikes for us, answered every question and has been in contact since the purchase top make sure that we are satisfied with our new Cruisers.I am blown away. Meeting Dorian has changed our lives!! Originally having to be convinced to get an electric bike, I am SO happy that I did. Not only did Dorian help us decide what type, brand, style of bike was best for the type of riding we do, but he made the entire experience exceptionally personal as well.
