I booked a family trip to Cuba through Caroline and she made the entire process stress free and very easy, I highly recommend her!This was our first trip since 2019 and we're not avid travellers so I wanted the help of a travel agent navigating through various trips and information. In the past, we've travelled with other people and in consequence never actually booked a trip ourselves on our own. We didn't feel confident simply booking a trip through an online travel site as we had never done it before.I reached out to Caroline and explained to her where we wanted to go, our budget and preferences and she quickly came back with suggestions that fit all our criteria (even emailing over the weekend). We made our selection based on her suggestions and she made the entire booking process very easy and simple. She also made sure we were properly covered with comprehensive trip insurance and explained the pros/cons of the various options.I emailed her several times before the trip with multiple questions and her responses always made me feel at ease. She also responds to emails and messages quickly which is great. We had some flight issues on the first day of our trip and even though Caroline was in France on her own vacation she still answered my messages, now that's great customer service!We've never used a travel agent before but we will certainly be booking again with Caroline for any future travel needs. Two thumbs up for sure!

Cindy is the most amazing travel agent I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She has planned our family vacations in the Dominican and all have been amazing. She has also planned a mother daughter trip to Paris for me and my daughter, and it was beyond fabulous. Cindy and the team were amazing. We wanted a fabulous place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and they delivered. The trip was truly memorable for all the right reasons. Cindy met with us to thoroughly understand what we were looking for. After this, the team really nailed it and provided suitably tailored options for us to review with loads of useful background. We booked. The trip was complex with multiple flights and resorts but the team made it easy with really detailed step by step guides to everything we needed. We would not hesitate to use them again!

Cindy helped us to plan our 2 week trip to Ireland. She was well organized and provided us with tools to easily navigate across the country and partake in the various activities we had planned. Kevin even received several birthday greetings during our trip! We had a wonderful time on our vacation and we would definitely work with Cindy again.

Working with Cindy for our vow renewal in Dominican Republic, Punta Cana was easy. I was able to explain to her the kind of trip/vacation that we wanted, and she was there taking notes, listening, it was not easy to plan something while having a pandemic (the end of it) but Cindy was there, responding all my questions, toning me down since I was very anxious, she’s not just great as a TA but she’s the best at suppressing your anxiety, She took care of every detail for us. We had ONE little inconvenience with a suitcase, we contacted her right away and she moved the whole airport to look for it and they found it and was shipped to the resort the next day in the AM, that’s what I call an amazing customer service, she was/is very USEFUL when we needed her and I will be forever grateful that our day was amazing, things that happened at the resort are just experience as a traveller but nothing to do with her business or herself, unfortunately it is hard to communicate with the resorts but that’s how it is in these beautiful Islands ❤️you just go with the flow and don’t let anything to ruin your vacations. Isabelle and the team at Romance and Foodie Travel are incredible - I highly recommend booking your next trip with them!We used Isabelle and her team to book and coordinate a trip to Cancun, Mexico for our 18 person team retreat. They helped us coordinate flights from 10 different originating cities, and coordinated all of our bookings at the resort. They also booked us into a sunset sailing cruise, and a private cenote and ziplining tour that were both really fun for the team.The team has extensive knowledge on different destinations, resorts, and activity options. You can't go wrong!

Deanna came highly recommended to us by several trusted friends and we were incredibly grateful for her expertise when we decided to plan a destination wedding and honeymoon with 6 months notice.Deanna was with us every step of the way and was instrumental in helping us plan our dream wedding, while also recommending areas where we could cut costs. There were a few hiccups with the hotel and Deanna was quick to respond and make sure that things were extra special for us at our next location where we went for our honeymoon.Some of our guests were nervous to travel for their first time in a while but Deanna’s knowledge of the area and reassurance made everyone feel at ease. Deanna also had excellent recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try off the resort which was also appreciated. We would highly recommend Deanna and cannot wait to work with her again!

I was a part of a destination wedding group and Cindy was always responsive and communicative. All information and bookings were correct and the whole trip went flawlessly. Having just retired and bought a new Porsche, we wanted a driving adventure south. Cindy responded quickly with resort options which met our criteria. The Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon was a perfect choice.We decided to extend our trip in the Keys. Cindy was unavailable as she was in Italy but immediately put us in touch with Caroline who responded quickly and made all the necessary arrangements.Cindy, thank you for your knowledge and expertise arranging our holiday.
