Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

I would give negative stars if I could... bought samsung s9 and was told I could upgrade within 12 months and now I am being told that is not correct. This location is now closed and I imagine it is because they did things like this to their customers. I asked if I could return it (once I received the news FROM A FRIEND that I couldn't upgrade in 12 months) since I was under the impression I was under a whole different agreement and I was told no since I'm past my 14 day mark, but I didn't want to return it within 14 days because I thought I could upgrade within the 12 months. It would cost over $700 now, even though all I want to do is return it. This is extremely unprofessional of the employees to lie to your face and put your customers in such a dilemma. I am in disgust and will never recommend such a place.

What a phenomenal experience. Great staff great customer service. The manager Edward made getting my Upgrade a smooth experience. Left with a new phone and a new go to GO Wireless retailer.Highly recommend this store.

I have been here but not in quite some time this place is literally connected to an Outback Steakhouse pretty sure I was there and that's what Google picked up on if it's any consolation out back was good had a steak

The store is supposed to be open at 10. When my daughter and I arrived this morning at 10:03, there was a sign on the door Be back in 15 minutes". At 10:20

Went there to return some Fios equipment and the only person working there was helping a customer in front of me. After a few minutes of waiting I think he realized that the customer was going to need some extensive help and so offered to return my equipment after he was done and send me an email when the process was complete. About an hour later the email was in my inbox which probably saved me 20 minutes of additional waiting.

The,best and most personalized experience i have had in a long time. Eddie the GM was so professional and courteous. He greeted us at the door and walked us out. What an exceptional experience. Already recommended to family and friends.

I never had so much fun buying a phone. The staff is so friendly and greeted me as I walked in. Greatest experience for me while shopping. The Manager was so helpful with suggesting how to save money and which phones to buy. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Stopped by to return my Fios equipment. Anthony helped with all my Fios needs. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. James did my tablet upgrade. Ed the manager was very polite and explained all the new products. These guys were awesome. This is now my new Verizon location. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
