Allstate Insurance: Victor Hui

Victor Hui has been the most amazing car insurance person I have ever worked with. I was referred by my Sunlife Representative Mary Chalmers. He has handled almost all of my families car insurance policies for years. I personally have been using Victor for over 10 years. He is the most efficient person, I send out an email and he responds in seconds. He always gets my transactions done the same day. Even new insurance on a new car, I have needed him over a dozen times and he is always there. I highly recommend Victor for all your car insurance needs. You will not find a more committed agent. Before I purchased another vehicle, I visited them and was given a quote. Once I purchased the vehicle, the insurance almost doubled! The agents there blamed AllState and basically told me - take it or leave it. I left. I realized I was scanned.

He is curt and rude. He really shouldn't be customer facing not to mention that he's selling a service that customers are paying for. His reasoning for his apathy is that he doesn't work on commission. Unfortunate that his behaviour has tainted my experience with Allstate as well. Will be moving on and not looking back.
