Excellent service by a professional plumber. I had an emergency at my property when my water tank defaulted. It was Saturday on the September long weekend and he brought a new tank, and installed it for a good price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had our oil water heater replaced with electric one. Very happy with communication and service. The installation team was very efficient and professional.

Over the pay three months we have had a series of I'll adventures with plumbing problems. In each of four separate instances Mr Hot Water Heater came through for us. They responded to our requiem ente promptly and efficiently. Their hourly rates are standard for this area and their work is excellent. Additionally, if their are friendlier, more personable tradesmen than Mark and Dan I haven't met them. I highly recommend this company.

Dan and Michael were excellent to work with, often bending over backwards to accommodate our requests to make our new sauna space *perfect*. While Michael was in our place, he noted that there were a few dripping taps and went around and fixed them up for us! Couldn't recommend them enough!

I hate to do this, Mister Hot Water Heater might be a great company providing an excellent service, however I cannot abide careless driving, and driving is certainly a significant aspect of any service making calls or deliveries. At approximately 10:40am on August 27 2020, in between MicMac and Portland heading southeast on the Circumferential highway, from the adjacent sidewalk I observed a texting driver in a mid-sized Mister Hot Water Heater van, plain as day. In the midst of blustery, weaving traffic, in between two very dangerous interchanges and speeding down the highway IS NOT THE TIME TO BE USING YOUR PHONE!!! Sorry, I didn't mean to raise my text there, but when I see this it really upsets me. Did you know that we average more than a death each week in Nova Scotia because of car accidents? 15 hospitalizations every day. Did you ever wonder what causes these accidents? If you don't care for my life on the highway, why would I think you gave a hoot about me in my home or business?I truly do not wish to smear this company's name, it wouldn't be fair in a way because there are masses of people everywhere, right now at this moment, driving around clutching onto their phones. But that doesn't make it right. Perhaps we can make it right together using this public review forum. Mister Hot Water Heater your response to this is very much appreciated.

Great and friendly service. I needed a stuck backwater valve repaired in my sewer line, as my toilet would not work and was backing up. Mister Hot Water Heater showed up on time, and excavated my concrete floor to find the valve, then repaired the valve. Everything works fine now. They were very conscientious and minimized the amount of damage that had to be done to my ceramic floor tiles and concrete. Their price was great too. I would highly recommended Mister Hot Water Heater for your plumbing service needs.

HIGHLY recommend, these guys are A1! Professional, patient, personable and friendly, knowledgeable. This business operates with the utmost integrity and honesty, which isn't the case for a lot of companies in this line of work. Got me out of a huge rut in the middle of a pandemic, right before the holiday season.
