Extremely disappointed with the dog wash. Went out of my way to grab cash, borrow a car because mine is brand new, dogs were really excited. Water was scorching HOT, no soap or ANYTHING works, tried blow drying so we could just go and that doesn’t work either! Taking my dogs home to bathe them and save money and time… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. No phone number to leave a message, so very disappointing.

Love this location. But I really don't think that the water is that warm I always end up coming out with some sort of dirt or bugs still stuck to my windshield.

Now VJ Wash and Lube LLC, the new management is professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable and service is fast

It was good. However, I went there for the dog wash part. Everything worked well. So much better than doing it at home. Also I have washed my car there last year and it was the best car wash around.

so i looked on google for an oil change shop in my neighborhood and found rivers edge close by, i needed an oil change and tire rotation, web site said they had everything i needed, so i got there, not busy, cool pulled right in,, told the attendant i needed an oil change and tire rotation, he states they dont do tire rotations, kinda weird, so i say ok just change the oil then, so i step out of my tuuck to have a smoke outside while they service my truck and was told i have to stay in the vehicle, kinda weird, so i ask the attendant again, thats just the way it is he states, well i asked him to close the hood and i left. they lost my business forever

Not happy how the manager and 2 other workers argued with my wife when she told them that our daughter was stuck in the car wash, after hours. They continuously told her that it was her fault. Human error. My family has had issues similar to this with the car wash. Oh AND no after hours' phone number...manager said he didn't want to be awaken in the middle of the night. But it's okay to leave our daughter stuck in the car wash! Ha. The word is out!

Great place and good prices. John is a great guy. Grabbed a McDonalds and ate in my car while they changed my oil. Highly Recommend

Totally ruined the paint on my car in their car wash. I called to let them know and the manager said there's a sign that says we are not responsible. Yet now up both sides of my new car are big scratches. Horrible customer service!

Car wash issue. The owner made everything right. And was very apologetic. Yes I will continue to be a customer.

The carwash was very good and my car was very clean after the wash
